any suggestion
my note's display was also broken
but i replace fron grall from mobile repair shop
but the screen not working properly if you really want your phone as new one then replace with orignal samsung display panel it will cost you aroun 7000 u also do that

You guys are a joke and cant use a phone i have had mine almost 3 years and runs flawless and fast I dont need to upgrade for years to come, the best phone I have ever had and I highly recommend the galaxy note line

Our phone is capable of running lolipop samsung should release an update for note 2. Not everybody can afford to buy note 3 or 4 they are too expensive. I guess samsung is trying to force us to buy note 3 and 4 by not releasing an update. I hate samsung for this.

I once in a while get this phone freezing...and then one day after receiving a phone call the phone just froze and would not respond. So i took of the battery and put it back in.....then bam!, it never came back on even now its still not working.....i have been to so many phone repair shops and they still dont know what is wrong with the phone......any ideas pls?

[deleted post]All what you can do to restore your phone back is,
You have to pres power button, menu button and Up volume button at the same time and hold them presed till the screen "Note ll GT-N7100" popup then release buttons and with volume buttons up and down chose the text it says something like "reset system...." all apps and data and phone numbers will be erased but not this on simm card!

it has stopped working and when i take the battery point out it only shows Samsung Note II N 7100. when i take the battery point out it show " unfortunatly s.suggest has stopped" pl sugget what has to be done in that case.

Guys having the battery problem probably need to put a new battery.I had those heating issues and draining problem I changed the battery after 1.5 year and I had that original 24 hrs performer back on track. I suggest to change battery if it has completed over 1.5 or 2 years of use.
