It has good specs and it can run 5.0 without a problem but they will never release an official update for the phone because of the marketing problems. If it was for all the old phones to receive new software then what is the point on releasing/ buying a new phone?! A new phone always come with new software. So if you want 5.0 buy a new phone

The android 5.0 update has been officially cancelled .. see the final phase info .. now it's written as cancelled .. now we have to stay on 4.4.2 or flash custom roms guys

What wrong with u guys. Note 2 is already too old. Either you have no cash to buy a modern phone or you are clueless on smartphone. I advice u to buy note 4 or stick to your Nokia 3310 and stop writting nosense.

I use silver vinyl and wrap it around the chrome rim. Then, I use hairdryer to stick it in place and use a blade to remove the excess. Plastic melt on plastic like a charm. Everyone should do this if you have this problem.

Even the s pen c... moreDon't you think it's a little bit late in the day to be complaining of peeling off chrome paints and better phones in the market,the Note 2 is almost 3 years old and has been discontinued by Samsung,if you want a modern day phone and looks I suggest you take a look at the Note 4,it will meet all your yearnings for a Super Phone to a T..

The chrome finish peels off after 2 years. Even the s pen chrome finishes peels off. Disappointed. Metal is better. The plasticky feels doesn't match its price at all. There are better phone with better build quality.
