Samsung Malaysia cheated my money. They are having my brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 2 for the past 9 days because of manufacturing defect and until now, not giving any replacement as promised and not willing to refund as well. My postpaid data subscription is wasted for 9 days. My rm2299 wasted buying their junk phone. Please never ever buy Galaxy Note 2. It is a defective product and not worth that much. Samsung cheated my money.....still holding my rm2299 worth of phone until today.

Its dam worse cell phone I bought is before 12 days and now I am facing some technical issues in my brand new Samsung galaxy note 2 Samsung service center said there replacement process will take 25-30 days to replace it I am dam disappointed bcoz of the Samsung I will suggest u to go ahead with htc not with the cheap Samsung cell phones

Stay away from this phone its bulky and malfunction... IPhone n HTC are your good options....

After few months of using this WiFi, Bluetooth and Web browser turns to be slow... iPhone 5 n HTC j butterfly are much better...
