This is the best phone , i have ever used. The performance is out standing no competition. Everything is well maintained like battery time is excellent over 3g and H. I will recommend all fellows to buy this if you can afford. Thanks to Samsung for giving us such a boombastic cellphone.

I never mess with roms or firmware on my phone only my Tab7.7.

Anonymous, 23 Oct 2012The original note had auto correct on the keyboard working.... moreI have just installed Swiftkey 3 (purchased for my original note but never used).
It is first rate, sure you lose the top number keys but you can speed up the hold response time and its nearly as quick. Correction and prediction is almost perfect and voice typing is very good. Will keep this at least till they fix the note 2 keyboard.

[deleted post]honestly according to me, i can best recommend only after knowing what you are planning to be doing most with your device. for example, me as an engineering student, i find my note2 most convenient coz all i need to do is walk into the lecture rooms with it only in my pocket, take it out and comfortably take notes while writing those amplex math formulas and sketching appropriately any kind of drawing. this might not be the case with you coz you might be taking a course in computer science, which means you can't surely type/write down those codes into note2 or 10.1 note. series 5 will do you much good instead, but with sacrifice of phone features. hope you are getting the point here. first know who you are and what you want most, then we can try to help. thanx.

This is the best phone I've ever got, except for the keyboard Auto Correction, I've got the Middle East version and I mostly use the English language, it's shame that such an advanced piece of technology uses 6 years old keyboard system.

Got mine a few days now. Awsome phone. Battery life is better the most smart phones. Speed is also fast. And it kags with lots of apps on, yiu just have to download a task manager and close the apps once a whike and it fast again. Best phone, heaps better then my iphone5
