My note 2 has slow charging problem.....it takes 4 hours to 100 %
.....my data cable is also tempered.....plzz help me guyzzz

Using dn4 rom bettery timing is 8hr on screen time with full day of internet ram only used 600mb/ 1.78gb

We're the steps
- wipe data/factory reset.
- wipe cache and david
- wipe internal storage from advanced menu
- then install dn4 zip.
The same sort of steps with Dn3? Except I have the LTE version. I've heard it doesn't let the phone get reception.

Dn4 is best rom todey i reversed back to stock rom and it feel very oldie and l justflashed another rom called cm12 lollipop it look like damn android lollipop because s pen not work so again i restore my sweet dn4 rom now waiting for official lollipop lets see 😉😉😉

Personally I prefer dn3 it's well known. If you really want to upgrade your note 2 put dn4 on it. It's pretty much the Note 4 on the Note 2. An upgrade even from dn3. If not too keen on rooting. Install xposed framwork and customise from there.

my slow charging problem is solved i just changed the cable attach with charger and problem solved before this my note 2 takes 4-5 hours to full charge but now it just takes about 55mins. i use galaxy core prime's data cable with original note 2 adapter

Note2 lovers, if you find the rom "Ultra Note2 v1.2" by Austin, not higher version, then download it immediately, bcz is the best from all the rest, it has note3 and s5 features, it's fast it's multiDPI, themes and good battery life, it's so good that you will not want to have any other rom not even lolipop at all.
After you flash the rom then flash the lg keyboard and is perfect, it has lot of languages on it added.

Please ignore the previous post.
This may help.
Resetting the cache may fix it, and it seems to have worked for many and you can also use a heat free phone and has to only charge every 1-3 days.
To reset the cache:
1. Turn off phone
2. Remove and reinsert the battery.
3. Press and hold the Home button , Volume Up key and the Power button simultaneously.
4. As soon as you see the Samsung logo, release all keys/buttons.
5. It will display some options to select.
6. Press on the Volume Down to scroll down to select Wipe Cache Partition.
Press the Power button to select it.
7. Press the Volume down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power Button to select it.
8. Please wait for a few minutes for the phone to clear the data.
9. Once cache partition is cleared,Press the Power button to scroll up and select reboot device.
10.Once the device is rebooted, wait for the battery to drain out completely and then charge the device and check how much time is takes to charge the device.

Which charger are you using for your Note 2. I think there may be an issue with the charger.
I recommend using the HTC desire charger.

I have been using the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 for more than 2 years.
Its a great device when it comes to performance.
There are so many videos on you tube to learn the tricks and great advices.
There may be best customized ROM available for Note 2, especially Lollipop.
Well I am excited to get the Lollipop but will wait for the official one from Samsung.
Themes customization will be an added advantage for Note 2.

My Note 2 after service heat up very fast and charging takes upto 5 hours and then when in hand use it get drain very quickly Battery last only for 4 hours can you tell me what will be the issue I've change the battery and even reboot the handset
