i feel my battery is now draining faster than before ?
anyone has noticed the same issue ? and is my kernel changed now after rooting ?? I am from India mumbai..
please help..

Note 2 is all plastic and it does not have the styllish look of note 1, but more of a fattier version of s3, wide and weird indeed.
I'm looking forward of your feedback about your white stallion.
Forgot to mention, for an extra style over note2, try use it like me, with a side flip case integrated in cover, i have the dark blue one but the white version of the flip cover looks gorgeous.
Only ones who disliked my phones were the ladies: meh its too big ... but we all know womens like it big.

I've checked with my dealer on the note and the note 2, in terms of MYR(currency of Malaysia) the difference is MYR400++, between the note and the note 2. But i still prefer the original note because it takes the form factor of a phablet whereas the note 2 is a bit tall(weird looking for me O.o). So for extra 400, I can get nothing much, so I prefer to stay note 1. So I'm happy to report, I will be getting the Note 1 in a few days time, and with my remaining cash, I can still get myself a pair of quality Camel Active shoes. Hahahaha =)Though its a phone of an older generation, I trust in Samsung to not neglect updates for the Note, as its a popular device. Though not a black stallion, I have the last piece, i.e Snow White.

i've got mine just a bit under 4 months, traded my iphone 4s for it( yea apple fanboys go troll on me, 4s excluding the camera, it sucks ) i rooted it with a custom room and then revert it back to original jb.
i didnt feel much difference with a custom rom, rooting was easy tho, and i'm more of the classic type.
i have friends with s2 - s3 - one x - iphone5 and even xperia z, they all look like toys when i put this big black stallion on the table.
Not to mention when i use turn my phone on the side and take s-pen out to browse or post on facebook, all other phones on the table fall in shadows.
i would never go to a phone with a smaller screen size.
in real, note has sides of dark blue and a deep black screen, it looks so stylish. i'm thinking to switch to note 2, but only if it will launch in a combination of colors like original note.
blue, white and gray are not my colors of choice.
any more question, i'll check it and respond to you.

yess u can buy now its price allready splashed , better dont upgrade to gellybean right now untill samsung updates newfirmware.

I plan to buy a phone in a day or two. Withing this budget, I still find Note to be the best. Though its an old phone now. Does it makes sense to buy Note now? Please guide if you have any other suggestions. Thanks.

if i play samurai vs zombies / doodle jump or any light games - its nice
i watch movies / listen music alot on it - battery drains so slow, this is a +.
-camera is wonderfull - i had one s - iphone 4s before and this is indeed best camera between those 3.
- yes it does both.
-no but my s-pen has touch sensitive issues - sometimes it taps on keyboard even when im just keeping the pen at close distance but not pushing on the screen.
and note: screen gets hot alot if you play heavy games.
it can plays all kind of movie formats and i enjoy everyday with my note.
i have official jb and my note is from italy factory unlocked.

Dear all note users, I myself am going to be a note user too but there's a few question I need to ask beforehand. I will be going on vacation in 5 days time and I want a companion too! I sold off my old phone today and now left without one.
-How is the performance of the note? Does it lag?
-Being an avid gamer, this question is fairly important and getting an answer helps alot; how is the battery life on the note for a heavy gamer like me?
-Camera quality????
-Screen performance under direct sunlight.
-Does it support multitask/multiwindow after official Jellybean update?
-Does anybody here have a burn-in screen? (Dunno what that means tho, but if anyone does, please let me know how to avoid it)
