I just got 14.5 MB of software upgrade package @ Mumbai India. Its still 4.0.4.
Seems JB upgrade is near.

Hello I am using this phone from past 4 months and I feel there is no major issue with the phone, it works smooth and find. I am not happy with the below points.
1. Screen resolution (compare with SII)
2. Lagging issue, and many apps freez, not sure its cause of the hardware or supporting apps.
Just found these two cons, apart from these its an beautiful phone.

hello everyone !!
i am using this galaxy note for a month and i am having problem. the problem is that while messaging to someone it suddenly stopped working and says Samsung keyboard/WL LAUNCHER/messaging has been stopped.
please help me out.thanks a lot.

dear it is not possible because note itself having 2gb internal memmory 14gb for other (without memory card)
i have note i downold morethan 250 application including games, software etc.. but memory still balance...
if you face problem then transfer the same to memory card................

I have Galaxy note with Android 2.3.6. Some people advised me not to upgrade to the 4.04 version as it makes the battery run out faster. Is it true? Better to wait to upgrate to 4.1.2 ?

The best phone I have ever used...
It came wid 4.0.4 wid N7000DDLR1 as its base version....
The screen size attratc everyone....while listening music via earphnes d 5.1 music effect is awsme....
Touch n battery life is gud.....100% battery is sufficient for 1 day use wid wifi.....
Best phone for money......

Hi,
m using Galaxy note from march 2012, this fone is amazing .. the only thing I dont like is the distribution of the resolution of the Camera. the resolutions are 0.3, 0.4, 2.4 ------ after 0.4 it jumps to 2.4MP ... 0.4 mp pics r too small and 2.4 r too heavy to send by mail if u r sending many pics. Samsung must change the distribution of Mega Pix. Before this, i was using Nokia N8 and the resolution of 1.3 MP is the best for everything specially for the document pics. thanx
