The hard truth about the Note's battery capacity is that I now get roughly 4 hours worth with continuous internet on - music, YouTube, downloading torrents and browsing. The Bluetooth connection is always on connected to the Liveview watch and stereo ear pieces.

I'm using my Note to its full capacity without worry of conserving the power since I carry extra batteries, normally getting through 1 change, but sometimes 2 battery changes. I just charge them either through a power pack in my bag or at home.
I'm thankful that the Note has a removable battery system.

After I updated my Galaxy note to ICS the battery is getting drained very fast what should I do ?
Does the Factory Reset help ?
Or
4.0.4 update is coming to the Galaxy note and fix the problem ?

every thing is awesome! except the batter drain! but i am highly qurious whether it will get jelly bean update or not.,if it is.. i hope it wont take too many time like the last update(ics) dont be stupied samsung! be smart!

iam been using the Note fr nearly 2 months now and am very pleased with it.
My question is that recently after upgrading to 4.0.3 and having 3G connection my battery is draining very fast,though my data usage is limited.
Can someone help me to again to rejoice my phones capability.

helopilot, 03 Jul 2012reading the comments don't know if i want update to ICS... moreIm from the philippines using GN bought here and im using Globe prepaid sim... i received my ICS update via OTA last 29 May 2012... and if you are from the Philippines, Samsung Service Centers are also offering update of GN to ICS... you can come to your nearest service centers... In Makati, you can go to Wellcom (authorized samsung service center) in Park Square... Hope this can help you...

But if you update via ota your kernel will not update and the date will not change to12june. So you can download it from samsung-updates.com and use odin if you want your kernel change. But if you are in a stock Ics rom and Don't have problem specialy with battery it doesn't really better than others. just a little better battery usage.
