Poor Sound. It has very very low volume. Even you put on a loudspeaker its very slow.. Anyone buys check this..You cannot hear your phone ringing..

after upgrading new firmware galaxy note taking bit lag to use and also games will takes lagging i mean im not enjoying playing games in galaxy note after updating new firmware taking too lags,Caution from new firmware in galaxy note, that firmware size about 300 mb plus,

i need help because i cannot unloc... morehi
i had taken export of s memo via kies on laptop.. ithad both locked n unlocked memos... then my note went for re-update of ics as i had some issues with samsung keybroad... after upgrade i imported .ssm file back from laptop to note.. import was successful... on selecting locked file.. it asked to set new password.. i set same old code and then locked file opened simply.. no issues... same when i imported my .ssm from s2 to note it went smooth but locked memos opened as if they were not locked then i reset the lock n locked them all..
ok problem after first update from gb to ics of note was... samsung keybroad didnt work properly.. on normal small character mode when we long press 'a' 'w' etc it gives option of capital A W etc with some special characters if any... but on righthand side keys like 'm' 'l' etc long press didnt give capital M L options at all... also 'handwriting setting' selection would hang my phone... after re-update hang issue was gone but character long press issue is not solved... at service center they checked 4 ics updated handsets... all had this random non capital issue... a bug from samsung side to be fixed..
GB to ICS feels good.. not much diff in battery life.. i keep on sys power saving mode.. feel a bit slower than s2 10-15% lag to say... screen n feel is amazing.. simply superb...ics is worth updating...s pen screen capture works...

After all of my experiences with Blackberry, Apple I phone, Nokia, Sony Eriksson, NOW I GOT THE REAL ONE ..THAT IS SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE N7000… what I feel with my one week experience that “this phone is awesome in performance, style, battery ….nothing can’t compare in front of this model …hats to Samsung team to produce such a note..Regards Abraham

Updated to ics 3 days later. 4 days later, started logs of problems (Frequent Freeze,gallery slow to open up n GREEN screen appearing) Few days ago, format it. For d past 2 days, smooth. Keep my fingers crossed.Anybody having d same problems.

hi guys i have one query , i have 8 gb memory card and most of my apps are stored in that and i recently bought a 16 gb memory card i need to transfer all my app from 8 to 16 gb without losing the apps and the progress i have made in games , is it possible ....

S3 is much much better but still the Note is a great device. regarding all the problem with some users I think the problem with you guys and in the way you are using your device, do not ever treat your NOTE or any smart phone like you are dealing with PC or a Notebook. you should understand that smart phone at the end of the day are smart phone and it will never replace your main PC also you need to deal with slowly and with more patience. its a SmartPhone,..!!!

after updating galaxy note you must have to format the phone. before formatting you should backup ur data.
is there any problem in current update?less speed & slow work?
pls format it with*2855*5737# & ur all problem will be goess........

SFox, 10 Jun 2012Before ICS the battery was amazing and realy out performed ... moreHi SFox,, even i'm facing the same issue... my phoce battery doesn't last for a day with ICS, wheres in GB it lasted for 1.5days.
1 The Vlingo (vice command) get frequest hang
2 Over heat problem.
Anyone know why this happens.

hi GN USER ,if u face battery problems after upgrading to ics . i do a factory reset . the phone still keep in ics state after the reset . delete those unuse application and your battery life will improve .
