reds, 10 Jun 2012any body know how to set the default website in normal mode... moreif you have already updated to ICS, the browser contains an option for "Desktop View", but if you're still on GB, try the Dolphin Browser instead

hi there note users!
i need help because i cannot unlock my S-Memo.. Before updating ICS, i can still open it with my password.. but after updating it to ICS, i cannot open it anymore even i entered the same password.. i also enter all the possible password that i know thinking that i might just forget the pasword.. but im really sure that i already entered the correct password but still cannot open it.. can anybody help me pls? i have an important notes locked in there.. :(

very much satisfied with ics ,much better than gb ,battery life has improved drastically ,ui is smoother than ever ,cant understand why guys r facing issues with ics ,anyways love my note a lot more now

Generally these kind of problems arise when we download firmware OTA which causes packet loss during download..i guess this problem gets resolved if we reinstall the firmware through pc using kies so tat we can avoid packet loss..

Do you think S3 is a bes... morei think it is better to buy s3 because of quad core cpu with less heat.orginal ics with better apps and battery usage.and it will support from saumsung for new updates.you will not feel upset after new phones come because they will have same apps and power.but note is old for now and there is better phone for now.buy s3 or wait for GN2.

Before ICS the battery was amazing and realy out performed my Iphones and other devices, this phone replaced my tablet and my phone.
After the ICS update totally different story the phone wont even last a day on stand-by under load it only lasts a few hours. Also on GB the phone never crashed but has happened several times after the update plus the screen keeps freezing.
Great phone ruined by the buggy ICS update, if you get this phone and its on GB stick to that until they sort out ICS.

I had my version update through 3g nd nw I experience my phone gps is not showing exact position, always it gives an approx one

After updated to ICS, the function of screen capture (by pressing the grey button and pressing the tip of SPen to the screen ) doesn't work, then I down grade my NOTE back to Gingerbread, so disappointed

[deleted post]ya.. my note has same problem wit ICS... battery lasts 6 hours only compared with GingerBread's 9 hours with same usage. I feel strongly to go back with GingerBread if Samsung doesnt sort out these problems on high priority.
