Just got my Note last night, now it may be a bit unfair to compare to my last phones (Nokia N97 + C6) but WOW, what a totally brilliant phone! Seriously! The size takes all of half an hour to "get over" after that it is just a blessing, everything is readable, bright, almost perfect. It took some time finding out how to personalize ringtone (using a MP3) Samsung really should include this in their manual! Now it's off to market to get overwhelmed.....

Samsung Are Without Doubt World Leaders Right Now In All Areas Of Technology. Especially Smartphone & Tablet Desig. You Only Have To Look At The Qualty Of Their Recent Handsets Brought To Market. Namely The Galaxy S Range Of Smarthones & Their Galaxy Tablets. And The Latest Addition With The Samsung Galaxy Note Smartphone With Pen Stylus..I Mean Come On, What More Does Samsung Have To Do To Prove To Everyone That They Are World Leaders Now And Have No Plans To Come Second To Any Competitor Out There Who Tries To Compete. Not Even Apple Have Managed To Stop Samsung From Continually Forging Ahead With New Technologies Considering Their Continuing Patent Infringment Court Cases. Samsung Are The Greatest Technological Masters And They Are Not Going To Give Way To Any Competitor.

Here is the summary instead: the Note beats it on the aspects of screen size, screen density, battery capacity, removable battery, apps availability, and video resolution. The Note has the most high-ended features in the market at the moment. It's worth it.

AnonD-36488, 02 Mar 2012A new firmware upgrade for india available ...has anyone ch... moreyes I have downloaded it.. first it asked for a 70+ mb update of firmware I did it.. and then when i again checked it it gave one more 8+ mb download of the firmware.. few noticable changes are there for sure like the homescreen lock and the text typer.. with google + installed.

Hy, i just bought the galaxy note and it works fine, only with a little lag but only sometimes, i was wondering when it would be posible gor me to update it to 2.3.6 over the air?

i did 7.24mb update. Nw my phone works faster thn b4... but no other big change. some google apps r instaed by default.

when i chek the software update there is 8.27mb new firmware can anybody update it or not is it right pl help me
