Call quality is ok, but I found disturbances during long duration call (3-5 minutes). Also, many times the voice is lost during the call for 10-15 seconds. This wasn't the case with my old phone. Carrying it may or may not be the problem, depends completely on user preference. I would say this is a phone for people who want to use it mainly for web browsing. For calls, this may not be considered as a comfortable gadget.

Guys,
I had Note for some time now and when iam connecting it to PC for transfer of files only the folder content opens and i can access it, however when closing there is no safe to remove hardware button on the status bar.
I understand if i have Kies this might be resolved but i dont, i didnt receive Kies with Note. I just have Kies Air. I searched in the android market and only Kies air is available.
Any suggestions on how to get Kies for note....
You help much appreciated.

Someone mentioned it works. This is really a fully featured device! I managed to convince 1 former iPhone user to get the Note so far, after just seeing how I use it.

I charge the spent battery with a portable power bank in my backpack. The 6600 mAh power bank can charge up to 2 drained 2500 mAh Note batteries. I recharge cycle 3 different batteries since I use my Note a lot WITHOUT having to plug in. With my arsenal, I can be mobile up to 35 hours of continuous very HEAVY usage, if needed. But carrying the charged extra batteries would just do the trick and recharge at home.
That full draining of battery and charging with the phone off can prolong the battery's life. It's also a precautionary method to avoiding a faulty battery from exploding inside your phone while recharging while on. A friend had unfortunately experienced that with his HTC.

i hv used s2 for more than 6 months, n recently bought galaxy note. the autofocus while taking video in Note is not comparable with s2, because while taking video of macro subject Note does'nt auto zoom like s2.
