I charged my phone ... moreyeah i too face the same problem...but now phone got stable...always deactivate background data...and screen is big. .so select auto screen adjust mode always...and browsing quickly drain batttery in note..use opera

LTE version are using snapdragon chips instead. there are only 16gb exynos version on the market now. you have to check the compatibility of your network in your country.

Hello Note Users,
Yesterday suddenly home button stopped working. I check all the possible settings but could not find any thing changed. But after factory reset it is working again. Any Idea why this happened?

this phone isvery disliked by me bcoz here the on phone
bttry bakup is very poor and have no good sound not a carring full and sony ericsson arc is very bettar than the all time samsung

i bought this phone a week ago and am quite pleased with its performance and the screen is amazing, only prob is i wish the battery would last a bit longer but i guess that is to be expected from a phone this big

it takes about 5 hrs for c... moreI practice having a second 2nd battery, draining to about 5% each time. This is an efficient way of fully utilizing the life cycles of the batteries. They have a usual 500 charge cycles. To put it simply, each time you charge, the process of putting in the power charge produces some chemical byproduct that builds up to retard retention of electrical current. I'm not an expert of the exact science of how the lithium-ion battery works with all the science jargon, but I think we can practice what Iphone users can't do to instantly replace the battery with a fresh one. Just buy the official desktop charger and a battery, that cost about $40 in all. I already have a portable power pack and I use that to charge the drained battery in my bag.
Advantages of having an extra battery:
1. You need not worry about conserving and or running out of power constantly.
2. Less possibility of your phone exploding while charging by just plugging the power adapter. It happened to a friend's HTC HD phone.
3. The phone is not bulkier if you use one of those special external battery extender. It's like charging while you are using the phone, and ruins the original battery faster.
Disadvantages:
1. Hassle of carrying that extra battery and charger, although they are small as a dumb phone in your pocket.
2. Hassle of opening and closing the back cover of the Note to replace the battery.
It's simple enough to avoid the probability of a combustion and battery longevity. You can always have the drained battery charged using the external charger when you get home while your phone is just in standby while you sleep. It helps if you use Juice Defender app for power conservation.

charging takes to much time ..
it takes about 5 hrs for charging..
by the way battery backup is good..
it gives abt to abt 6 hrs regular usage of internet.
camera is another advantage of this phone..
video resolution is about 1080p,..
ram is just 800 mb..
1.97 gb system storage and 11.97 gb is usb storage.
great head phone..

got my note delivered now in a limited edition white color . it is a limited edition as here in india there is no white color available with samsung official warranty apart from very few places . it looks stunning , a class apart from any device u see in the market today .HD display , looks gorgeous . and to be honest its not that big at all , its really handy to use . very happy with it :)

I have Galaxy note. you can use Galaxy note either with or without the pen, So do not worry. The only problem is that most of the time you can't work using one hand. For those who have eye-sight problem it is suitable since it has bigger size plus that fact that its update to 2.3.6. enables you to get bigger font size for contacts and sms.

The Samsung Galaxy battery is not good. I charged my phone after one day of using (with standby of course), the battery becomes empty.
