But Mm(software) file already exist on sammobile.com so i think that will be available soon as ota update.

Finally i updated my Samsung galaxy on5 to marshmellow now it is a best smartphone i would say marsmellow
I updated it with Smartswitch software

Data & Apps & Settings are preserved using SmartSwitch. No bugs so far. Working sweet. RAM management as good as the previous ROM.

I have successfully updated through SmartSwitch. New touchwiz look n color is awesome. Also now it has theme support. Fonts are smaller, giving a much better look.
