My brand new s5300 just shuts down by itself eventhough my battery is full and would not turn on unless you try to charge it for a while in order to turn on the phone. How do i fix this?

Its touch is amazing ....you can't satisfy yourself from e every aspect after getting this phone...its camera is not at par...screen...colour...but other things are quiet impressive...I'm very satisfied using it....
