I think its one of the idle phones for a drunker as mine for the past 3yearz has managed absorb all the shocks and drops. big up to the manufacturer.

Hi, on Sunday my phone switched itself off several times. Afterwards it completely changed ALL the settings and now I dont know how to switch the phone off or change the settings back. Can someone please advise?

Hi, i forget the pattern to unlock my screen and I've been trying to log on to my Google account (sivuyilemase@gmail.com) but it gives me the incorrect username or password error message...please assist urgently

My phone superimpose screens of internet and the google playstore. The same is happening with the Sygic (GPS navigator). Somebody knows how I fix that?

I got my pattern wrong a few times and then the phone asked me to sign in with my gmail account username as well as password.When I did that it rejected it and since then I can't open my phone.please help.

(Press at the same time)then it will take you to a bios then use the volume rocker to navigate and home button to select.(To reset screen lock select "clear cache") (to reset phone entirely select "reset phone). Note:if "clear cache" doesn't work to remove screen lock just reset phone entirely

This phone is an awesome product. I have been using it for approxmatly 6 mnths . The apps in samsung galaxy s3 will also work in pocket. But will have a lagving due to the screen size . Has an awsome battery consumption.i strongly recommend this phone for roug users,cos it falls from my hand twice or thrice daily (am not kidding) . Superb phone. Luv this
