phone has been just problems for me some reason just wont allow access to internet & nolonger allows wifi hotspots spent ages with samsung trying to fix problem with no result,not reliable phone

Certain games like temple run the character's body parts are not properly arranged like >head>legs>feet and thats the funny thing its floating when running. Any suggestions?
