psease try to boot it in recvery mode
to do this shut down your phone then press the power key+home key+volume up key for about 5 seconds and release.wait untill recovery mode appears then using the volume down key select "wipe data" -to select use home key-then select "reboot now"
NOTE:All your data in will be lost including apllications but music files and video files will not be lost
Your phone is just as you bought it with default settings

And this doesn't have a gamin processor or a GPU to play those games. But can play mid range games and if a high performable ROM is installed, more advanced games can be played.
If you want such features, go for a device cost triple like this.
And there is another thing to say, normal laggings are occurred mainly because of your NOOBINESS. And the total user available Memory is 3GB. 0.99GB is for apps. That is a huge memory comparing to other same range devices.
Please care for Your phone as if you bought such low-end device. You just need to close unwanted apps. Clean cache, etc.
Im using this for more than 1 year, and I am fully satisfied of this. its rooted, installed repencis ROM with HellLock kernal, used more than 70% of the interbal memory for apps. No optimization apps installed, just a Cache cleaner is installed.
and there is no lags even I've installed background running apps like Call light, call vibrator, Automate it, Messenger apps, TSF shell, like bunch of apps.
the only thing I do is cleaning the main memory and cache.
