Worst phone I have ever had.slow processor,hangs a lot,very poor battery back I charge my phone every 2-3 hours daily. Cannot even play casual games like temple run,subway surfers,etc,it has only 0.99 gb internal memory. It has only 289 mb ram and out of it only 140 mb ram is usable. In this price range you can buy panasonic t31 or lenovo a789.

alemeq04@gmail.com, 31 Jan 2014my kid have tried to open the apparatus by drawing many wro... moreTry hold volume up button + home button + power button together when the phone is off or on, until the screen goes black and restart, keep holding those 3 buttons until two seconds after you see the startup logo comes out, then can release, after you will in a thing called recovery, use vol up and down to select item "wipe data/xxxxxxxxx" something like that,
read the #2 floor, it may more clear

i like the phone its portable nd very easy to use but the battery doesnt last....thats the onli problem i have discovered so far.

its a good phone i have one and i love it. it does supports whatsapp. i have it and it runs smooth. its whatsapp is even better than that of nokia and blackberry. but its negative part is that it consumes lot of airtime and the battery does not last. otherwise its a great portable smartphone

this is a phone for call and text only beside some little internet stuff.
