The google play srevices does not work properly.Moreover when I want to download somethings the device vibrates and then I can not download any thing.Sometimes it takes too much time to respond.

I had my phone for years but this year it starts to vibrate constantly (2 quick vibration after 1 vibration) without any reason now im going to hard reset it and it is back to normal and if i install 3 apps it begins again to vibrate... can you help me fix pls?

My phone was having always been stuck. When I approached samsung service center they fixed the problem. But when I asked about memory issue which was second problem then they told it is having minimum memory of 256 mb of ram and cant accomoate even single application. There is no exchange offer and now it is a basic phone instead of smartphone. Bullshit samsungs product. I hate them
