This was my first Samsung phone. Charger's cable too thin that it was the first casualty of this phone, a few months after it just shuts down or is not receiving any messages. It also loses the signal making sending of messages harder. I was thinking maybe it is now considered an 'obsolete' model thus the problems, the reason why I got a new one but same problem persist.

I had my phone for years but this year it starts to vibrate constantly (2 quick vibration after 1 vibration) without any reason now im going to hard reset it and it is back to normal and if i install 3 apps it begins again to vibrate... can you help me fix pls?

The Galaxy Pocket was released in 2012, Samsung supports their phones with software for 2 years. The Pocket will never receive a update from Android 2.3.

DiziLizi, 20 May 2016Had mine for a couple of years & just now it is mucking... moreOurs did the same thing. It's getting low on memory. We had to do a "hard re-set" back to the original factory settings to fix the problem. There are videos on Youtube that show how this is done. Very simple & only takes a few minutes.

I have this s5300 for a year by now and I kept wondering why everytime I try to software update it, I found nothing.

Had mine for a couple of years & just now it is mucking up well & truly. Continualy buzzing & now I can't even make calls on it.

It's rubbish. Buzzes randomly, memory full...even after a complete reboot. Heading to the crusher...
