This phone looks good. In about 2 months itll come down to about 240 pounds. For 240 pounds in the UK u can get the motorola defy, the samsung ace, probably the htc chacha and lg optimus one(which is abt 180 pounds). Comparing the lg optimus one and this, both appear to be the same in specs(other than the screen) and the chacha looks a little feminine(for me). Im in the mood to get this. If it has decent battery life like my rooted spica id get this without thinking. I get 3 days out of my Samsung I5700 and i want my phones to last at least 3 days. For students who make their assignments on their mobiles(me) lol, this phone should be nice.

Ya, no pinch and zoom on a small screen is definitely a deal breaker for me. Clueless why Samsung leave that out on purpose.

Wow, I thought this would at least have flash and a multi touch.
This phone is not even worth US$150.
I won't even buy this for a $120.

in his review, he mentioned that the phone doesn't support multi touch so that there's no pinch-zoom and no flash support............. seriously ?
though the pros is 800mhz it's only arm6 rev.5 .....
use adreno 200...
hmm... if that all are true then i prefer the htc chacha >_<
ps. the price is Rp 2.500.000,- (IDR - Indonesia Currency, which roughly about US$ 270-280)

the price is here AED 999 which is around 270$.
a bit expensive for specs you get but the prices could still go down. And as an initial price of 270$, I'm sure people who are excited to get this will would buy it at that price despite the specs because even if the price is expensive, it is not crazy expensive like the Galaxy S II prices that have been circulating.

the phone looks good, fair specs for a phone targeted as a budget phone.. it should be priced at 12K php and below.. i still like the Moto Backflip too bad its not available in the Phil.

it looks like a half hearted desperate attempt to launch a qwerty android, look at motorola pro or HTC chacha , those are much more refined phones with correct features and performance,
