This phone is the best but the only problem I face is about. The batery.it gets drained fast.

when i switched on bluetooth, its not deducted on any other mobile (tried with nokia) , i m sure about bluetooth all options switched on already....

manish bhatia, 01 Sep 2011sir i m very much upset after purchased this mobile coz bat... morefind few steps to increase battery back-up: use key pad more than touch, low the brightness, off the background running, avoid using live wallpaper, use 3G when required.

Leave this phone with its sick battery and check out for newly launched Motorola Fire with android 2.3 and better specs and surprisngly at same price.
Samsung, shame on youe part for battery engineering, you have made people cry with galaxy pro.

i purchased this unit 3 days ago and im experiencing connection via wifi although my connected stregth is good with 36mbpss as shown and always told " network error has occured" but other other brand cp inside the room have no problem. i tried to chk early morning that i'm only one using the signal but still the same happened"network error has occured". can someone help me about this, thanks in advance

sunil, 31 Aug 2011what is your opinion about this handset ? be frank....Just re-newed my contract with 3 and I choose this phone as my Nokia E71 is faulting.
I would rather have either kept my E71 or gone upto the E72 than have this phone.
It's trying to be both, touch screen or keypad operated and it just doesn't match up.
The keypad is not as quick to use as the E71 and it's difficult to operate using one hand.
The screen resolution is quite poor compared to other phones in it's class but adequete if you don't play games.
Using the screen as the main operating platform can cause issues if you have large hands, 'pressing' 2 buttons at once is frustrating which means I for one have to use the keypad which as I say is not quick.
The build quality is very average, it's all plastic construction allows for a light phone but it compromisses that quality feel of better built phones.
As a comunicator for calls and text it's ok and does the job. As a mobile office system it's ok too. The price really does reflect the quality and the operation of this phone. It does nothing that bad but it does nothing that good either.
Some phones make it into the 'Hall of fame' unfortunately this isn't one of them.
To conclude, don't expect too much from this phone. I'm sure it will be reliable and useful throughout my contract term after which it will be gone and forgotten.
