Also if u connect ur pc to internet thru wifi , its illogical to ask cuz u can connect ur phone thru wifi to.
And if u are running any other OS than win7 , i have no idea how to do it. All i know is that android devices are built so that they do not detect ad-hoc (comp-comp) networks.
and the best u can do is download an application that goes like "pda net"

Hey everyone....I had this hadnset and luckily got rid of it in a day. Problem....BATTERY. One more friend on mine also got this phone and surprisingly his battery is good. While i was returning the phone to the shopkeeper he said that the 1st charge to this phone should be Minimum 9 hours irrespective of the phone becoming hot or battery showing full charged. My friend tried it and he gets minimum 20 hours on full useage (social networking with Texting and other apps with internet at default brightness)
Also, the sub-version of this android has a problem. Upgrade that as well. Should help atleast boost backup by another 10-15%.
If none of these work then a spare battery costs you 580 Rs and a car charger another 175 Rs.

it's a good phone with many good features except good speakers, battery, plastic body, no flash, no zoom etc.
It will also stutter in some games and apps like angry birds, opera mini etc.

anyone could tell if there will be update for this device? galaxy M pro and Y pro are coming out soon with the latest firmware, how about the
the first Galaxy Pro? i hope Samsung will consider this device to taste Gingerbread at least.
