I'm a bit surprised when I received the unit, after gaming in diablo immortal, call of duty and Mobile legends, this phone might be good phone for me as of 2022, even though I have mi10t which have the sd 865, the sd855+ coupled with dynamic amoled 2x is far superior than my said xiaomi phone and of course it is lighter and sexier than bulky phones of other brands. I've seen problems of newer versions of snapdragon has become buggy that is why I opted to buy sd855+ coz its still usable sd

Also, on regular usage how long it takes to consume 1% of battery? If you can tell me this info i can then check it & then buy it.

What did you check before buying th... morebought it from local online shop in my country shopee. what i got is 95% condition, almost no scratches on front screen but back plastic cover has many case marks (no need to worry since back panel can be bought online for $6 if you ever need to replace it), almost no dents or scratches around the bezels. i'm kinda lucky with my purchase if it werent for the case marks on the rear panel.
about the front screen glass, i don't have info. i used this phone quantum 2 naked without protection after i got this for 2weeks and so far the screen is good? looks the same as i got it. maybe its protection on par to the corning glass 3 or 4. i usually don't put my phone with the same pocket with those hard kind materials. so i don't see any new scratches.
also i got my phone with battery health of 90% according to accubattery on the first charge (10% to 100%) using samsung 25w charger. but overtime after 2weeks it settled to 88%. still SoT can get me 5~6hours depends on my app usage whether i do game or web browsing/multimedia using wifi/mobile data.

Tousif 01, 08 Sep 2022Im thinking of purchasing used Quantum 2 (aka a82) for 300$... moreYes! you get future update even outside SK. this phone year model is 2021 so expect this will get Android 13 and so on. also the screen panel is similar to samsung s20+. it looks like a flagship phone. if you ever have problem finding hydrogel screen protector just buy the one on samsung s20+, it fits perfect on it.
for its price its really good very smooth UI, screen refresh rate, also screen brightness, battery too is also decent i can get 6hours SoT with multimedia even this phone is 2nd hand refurbish from SK.

Im thinking of purchasing used Quantum 2 (aka a82) for 300$. But i have some confusion. 1- will it get software updates outside Korea? (I mean in Bangladesh?). 2- is it worth buying than the A52s? 3- how many android & security updates will Quantum 2 will get?.
Thanks in advance please let me know any information that you have about this phone.

i just bought this unit as a backup phone(refurbish that almost looks brand new if it werent for the case mark from the back plastix cover) for $250 and use it for a week. so far it has smooth UI, no lag, with expansion usb, and a display screen that looks like a flagship phone. it feels whole new to me coming from Oppo Find X2 Pro as it is very lightweight. network 5g/volte too work in my country unlike my other LG V50 coming from korea. so far its a great buy for its price having a decent SD855+, 120hz refresh rate, a display that can par on looks with those flagship tier, and a battery life that can last me 5hours SOT. i haven't try heavy gaming with it yet but i think it will get lag due to shortage of ram. if only this have 12gb ram maybe it will run tower of fantasy without minor stuttering at default graphics.

Bought this used, still under warranty, for my wife in Korea. Insane value! Better specs than the Quantum 3, which emulates the cheaper M53. The Quantum 2 has OIS and a stunning QHD screen. It’s like they had leftover flagship parts and decided to throw something together. We paid $190 used for this. She loves it. Stereo speakers are just ok, and battery would be Bought this used, still under warranty, for my wife in Korea. Insane value! No headphone jack. The Snapdragon is older but still very capable as a day-to-day device for the person who isn’t into the most high-tech games on high settings. Phone is huge but not heave. Camera is decent for typical snaps, but not stellar.

Im thinking of getting this phone as a second hand unit. Its either this or the s20 fe 5g. Not really sure. I like more the smaller screen of the fe which is 6.5. But i like more the design of quantum 2, less bezels and its lighter. The fe has the snapdragon 865 which is better. What makes me want this more is the dynamic amoled 2x screen. I love watching contents and movies so im thinking if there's a noticeable difference on the screens/display of the two models. If there's not, then ill just go for the s20 fe 5g model.

I live in South Korea, and this phone is VERY enticing. I'm looking at it, waiting for the price drop. Next to the A52s, I prefer the screen of the Quantum 2. The A52s lists more colors, but I still think the Quantum 2 looks better, with its higher resolution. Comical that even the S22 doesn't have resolution this high. It's sad there is no headphone jack, and speakers are not exciting (like most every Samsung phone this year). This phone is so thin and nice with hardly any bezel, and a very pretty screen.

i got a quantum2 somehow by luck from a local dealer for 262£ , plastic back , spay doesnt work because korean only sideloaded uk apk didnt work if anyone knows how tell me , screen is great its an s10 5g but less wide , ultra wide is great , main cam too , macro is trash , speakers are tinny not like an s10 5g that i compared to , and the lack of 3.5mm is very disturbing to me. also the screen supports hdr10+ from a device HW app i have idk tho , and i think it has a lithium ion , cpu z says that could be fake.
