Zhinler, 16 Jan 2020Yes,I m talking about overnight draining ,using the phone by day... moreOk for overnight battery drain my S10+ drains only 3% without Wifi so if it is draining 4% then it is fine, charge it to 100% and drain down to 1% and check your usage you will know about your battery life from settings, device care and there you will see battery.

Hi everybody.I m using the S10+ for about 2 days.Everything looks good except the battery. I charge my phone to 100%,and by the morning 2 , 3, 4 % are gone.I have to mention that everything is off,all apps are closed ,just my wifi is on.On my previous phone(Honor 8x) this didn t happen.Can someone help me understand this? Should I return this phone cause it s a battery issue?Thank you.

I'm really enjoying this lovely phone, it's a beast in all aspects, superb battery life I charge it every second day which is really wonderful, camera on this thing is really stunning takes great pics in any lighting conditions I haven't used flash yet as night mode is more than sufficient even in almost no light, had to turn down the notification sound as it's really loud. Screen is superb simply the best!! Once you start watching videos you won't even notice the punch hole. All in all its a complete smartphone, buy it once & forget about upgrading for years to come :-D

Can I ask you what network provider your with ? If your on 02 then for delivery reports type *0# followed by message . If your on vodafone you dont have to put that code in.

whattsapp mgs Maybe they will bring that feature back in future updates.

Thalia, 14 Jan 2020Hi, Im having problem activating my S10+, Both my simcard is fun... moreHi. Few tips. Turn flight mode on and off again and once your phone comes out of the flight mode, it will try and search for your network. Try restarting your phone as it could be small clinche that's doing it. If that fails contact your network provider. Also when you put your sim card in your phone it will come up with choose contract or paygo and click which one your on. Lastly take it to samsung centre and have them check it. Hope you get it sorted.

It was enabled in mgs settings and vodafone supported it. But I've switched networks and it's not supported on 02 which I found out late yesterday. So maybe not many ppl use it anymore. Anyways.

But because it was enabled with the network I just used it. But I changed networks and found out 02 doesn't support it. So I turned it off. Anyways no worries. Thanks for replying:-D

Maggi, 13 Jan 2020I'm having a problem with delivery reports when I send texts mgs... moreHi Maggie I wasn't aware that you could still get delivery reports. I used to get them years ago but I haven't for a long time. I assume you are referring to sms and not WhatsApp.

Hi, Im having problem activating my S10+, Both my simcard is functional in other phones, but it doeent work in S10+. Sim can be detected, but always no signal. Please advise. Thank you
