Labib, 22 Jul 2020my galaxy s10 plus display turned some sort of grey mixed w... moreSince your phone is still under warranty for years you should have it checked in samsung centre. But that doesn't matter because its the fault of the phone. It sounds like a software problem. Also do you have any themes set in your phone? If so try going to default theme. I had s7 Edge red tint and I had to get new screen. Motherboard had gone. So im thinking with display it could be the problem. I hope you get it sorted.

my galaxy s10 plus display turned some sort of grey mixed with green tint instead of deep black.

I've tried to restart the phone , boot in safe mode and tweak in display settings (although I haven't changed any settings prior to the problem).

I'm pretty sure its not any hardware issue because when I go into some apps like device care and gallery the blacks are deep like it used to be before this "bug".

ive attached some photos so you can see for yourself.

also, brightness level does not matter like ive seen on some other posts that the green only occurs when brightness level is below 50% and so on, and its all over the screen not just particular spot.

Anonymus, 22 Jul 2020Like I said high voltage and amperage (P=U x I (W=A x V)) i... moreThis whole discussion was about using a higher wattage charger with low wattage limited phone. No harm in using 65W charger if your phone doesn't support that much in the first place. I personally charge with 10W setting only because I can't take another battery swap after a short time. Even 15W is overkill for me.

Anonymus, 22 Jul 2020I hav read some articles about 65W chargers from chinese co... moreI would prefer to choose Apple 5w charger for its current and future phones as it is still nice and don't hurt your battery, for current generation iPhone 11 series 18w charger is not going good with their battery health dropping very fast is this concern for charging with fast charger so less charging is always useful but you have do scrafice charging time for it if you have no issues there so its all good to go.

Maggi, 21 Jul 2020Please do not think that I know nothing about this subject.... moreI hav read some articles about 65W chargers from chinese companies like Vivo and etc. They are killing batteries. And this week I read articles for 100+ and 120W chargers. It is crazy that phone is fully charged in 15 minutes and it is deathful for battery I believe. 70 to 80 minutes is reasonable to charge battery and on S10+ either in 100 minutes with 15W. I would say that 25, 35, 45 W on S10+ can damage battery. S20 ultra has 45W but not 45W brick in retail box.In future because of Apple we will not have brick chargers in box. It's all about money and shameless.

Maggi, 21 Jul 2020Note 7 I meant to say in my comment to you. Mistake in my p... moreHas literally nothing to do with the charger but hardware of the batteries themselves. Note 7 didn't combust or explode or catch fire because of a charger. Batteries pull the amount, chargers don't push voltage or current. If you don't have a Note 7, you can use any charger. Of course it can have other problems itself and blow up, but at that point it has nothing to do with the phone.
