justasmile, 06 Nov 20231 year after and won’t be supported anymore.Yeah, sucks that s20+ wont be getting android 14, but i think for most people the combination of the hardware and still excellent Android 13 should be good for at least another 3 to 4 years.

eyyy, 25 Sep 2023OMG!! this issue of green lines were present since 2022 I t... moreI got the pink line issue after usage of 3 years and 1 month. I consulted service ( In India) and they asked me to pay 234 USD. It was such a huge replacement cost of the screen. Something they told is samsung have the policy in place to replace all the devices line issues for free of cost if mobile is under 3 years of usage and no physical damage. I got issue just after crossing 3 years and to my luck my back panel also got broken and damaged. service center team rejected saying I need to pay full amount as I crossed 3 years. Somehow I escalated the issue to samsung central team and after literally 2 weeks of conversations, luckily they agreed to replace my screen for free of cost. All I can suggest is if your phone's age is below 3 years ask for a free replacement. Even if it is out of warranty and 3 years above also you can still request for a free replacement if the issue is not caused by physical damage. Hope this might help someone in similar situation.

on my experience, bought mine April 2021 S20+ then almost 10months there's a software update then gree lines starting to appear.
Replacement is totally expensive tho

I used it only for 5 days..and factory reset my data after 5 days and green line start appear... so i restart it after restart no of green lines changed from 1 to 2..
I advice not to buy it. Worse product ever... i will never invest my money on Samsung again...
U are so disgusting Samsung....
