Very good phone. Bought a new snapdragon version a month ago and still got no issue ever since. Quite happy with this phone's performance since I use it as my daily driver for work. Its gaming performance is quite satisfying. I am not a die hard gamer, but it gives me much better performance in various medium graphic games. The only slightly little problem is its network support. This Snapdragon version does not support 5G. But it's okay for me as 5G network still have not been well developed in my country.

Bought S20 fe 4g SD version, phone is very neat, gives me stable max fps on my favorite games. Quite happy about it it had a nice discount and buds 2 as a free gift with it. 2 problems I have, the fingerprint sensor is very inaccurate it gets on my nerve pretty much as it needs a very slow and stable touch (got used to my k61 which had flawless fp sensor on thw back I only miss that) thats a bug or everyone has it like that? Also this phone is very very i dunno slippery, I dont use a case and I always have to have cautios grip as the phone could easely slip from my hand....

petroff1900, 24 Dec 2021AccuBattery measurement is not accurate actually. For examp... moreThe relationship between battery and SOT is not linear. There are other factors to be considered (eg app CPU hook duration, RAM use, background apps, background network activity etc). The mere fact that you get half the SOT a year on does not mean 50% loss of battery capacity.
AccuBattery is certainly not perfectly accurate (you should be using it as a guide only). You only get high accuracy with battery life with lab testing rather than a one-off-use app.
Considering you measured the battery with the app two years ago, I would say some of your app updates / app installs / OS updates have become more hardware intensive and less optimised. In that regard, I'd say AccuBattery is pretty close when it says you have 84% battery capacity / life remaining - your 50% SOT from new is to be expected as Android updates (OS and apps) by their nature aren't really that optimised. There's a reason why companies want everyone to upgrade every single year...

Hi everyone,
I own S20 FE for almost 3 weeks and I found that the side metal frame didn't shine as bright as the day one. There are many fingerprints but actually, no scratches at all. I saw an iPhone X frame restoration on youtube using meguiars wax and damn it worked. Is there any way to bring back the 'shiny' effect on the metal frame without affecting the pvd coating?

For example, I had about 10 hours of SOT on Nokia when the battery was new, and now, after 2 years, SOT is 5 hours, but the battery capacity reported by AccuBattery is 84%. So the phone de'facto lost 50% of its battery capacity, but according to AccuBattery the loss of about ~15%.
