I have this brand new S20FE for 2 months already. I'm a Samsung fun due upgrades and security features.
It took for me 3 weeks of analysis which model to purchase and I decided for this S20FE 8 Gb 256 GB total. Reasons
The CPU is the same as S20 Ultra top of line
The great memory
This model still got memory card
The new S21 got NO memory card option
The size is not so small and not so big
I'm a deep Mobile user, spend all day on my phone due work and never over heated. So nothing to be worried
Another big point is that this S20FE is one of the phones with very lowest SAR (radiation) so that means got excellent antennas for reception and transmission which for me is extremely important due when i go to farm the closest tower is at 9.800 meters away from my land house. I already tested and works good at such distance. Even better than a S7Edge which was the top receiver phone I had.
So for now this S20FE is an excellent option with great performance and features and same CPU as the S20 Ultra with lower price.

Used S10 Lite before S20 FE.
Trust me, my S10 Lite was 10x better than S20 FE in every way except 120hz screen and stereo speaker.
This S20 FE is my biggest regret and i will NEVER touch any exynos in the future. S20 FE is just like expensive portable heating pad with phone capability.

Like when you're playing call of duty mobile and the phone heats up, you'll experience lag and static sound. it happens in mobile legends too sometimes. not the best phone. go for asus zenfone 8, xiaomi f3 or poco x3 pro instead, or try a52 or a72. idk maybe snapdragon will be different in performance when it overheats

I owned all the S Series since s5 and none of the phones gave me any issues ever...until i got the S10. It had issues since i got it till i sold it last year even though Samsung replaced the COMPLETE MOTHERBOARD TWICE.?
Now i have S20fe. Same story.
The very first day i got it (11 Nov 2020) it wouldn't fast charge and touchscreen had issues. Took it back the next day to show them. They wanted to replace the phone but i have the cloud red model and i would have to wait almost 2 months to get a cloud red one because they had to wait for stock to come during covid. So it wasn't replaced.
A month later my phone stopped charging completely. On any charger i tried. After the 4th factory reset it started charging again.
When i record 4k video it overheats amd stops recording even after 2mins.
A few days ago on mother's day i opened camera app to take photos and it randomly just started taking pics all by itself. We were watching the phone lie on the table of the restaurant taking pics by itself.
That evening i factory reset it again and it became so hot i couldn't hold it in my hand. When it booted up an error popped up... something of C failure.
Factory reset it again,got extremely hot yet again and error showed again.
I kept on factory resetting it a few times till it didn't get hot or give the error anymore.
Last night when i tried to unlock the phone it crashed and rebooted. When i opened Samsung members app today there was a error report acknowledging the crash.
I would like this phone to be replaced but Samsung will only repair it. This will be my last Samsung phone. Im fed up now.

I fully regret buying this phone, didn't notice how bad it was and now I can't return it. Never ever buy a phone with Exynos, what people say is true: crappy performance and overheats like crazy. Previously had an Exynos-powered phone too and somehow made the mistake twice. Don't be dumb like me.

The fan edition is shit. Either Samsung should provide an exchange to users of fe or fix the issue via update which isn't happening in reality

Exnos version has battery issues whilst sd has touch issues. Mi10 series is batter but miui is shit for sure but one can live with it. Am currently on poco f1 and now used to miui. Practically if a phone can withstand an endurance of a day then it leaves a person paralysed.
