Okay, the shots are not bad, but it would be wrong to describe them as magnificent. Besides, the device already has high-end hardware, why were you afraid of its performance? It looks like you bought the device without knowing it! The fact that you haven't had a problem cannot cause you to ignore the problems experienced by the other person. there are problems that those people go through and are we going to ignore them?

I have been using this phone for a week now and I am in love. I really don't understand these comments to be honest. I understand the ghost touch problem but thankfully I do not have it, tested multiple times. My battery goes on a whole day, I charge my phone about every 18-20 hours, and I use my phone a lot! I dont play games though, only social media, texting, and some videos. Mine is Exynos, I was afraid that I'd get a bad performance because of that but no it is great for me. The camera is amazing, front camera is a bit washed out, but you have an option to make it warmed in default camera settings. Main camera is woah.

Service person returned the product saying no issues and they cant give a replace order. All the general public in the service center agreed that phone is getting heat ,except service person. He shows the heat is below normal standards that is 45 degree Celsius. I just showed him playing some video and game (5 Minutes inclusive of both). The phone heated up to 41.7 degree when he checked in front of me. Battery is also draining fast and they call it normal. FRUSTRATED.

I have complain from samsung caucasus
they refused to repair my phone
battery cannot hold charge, i am getting 3 4 hours no gaming no just whatsapp linkedin for my work etc
it's overheating I have to cool down
speed is sluggis
samsung caucasus telling me go buy other phone, we're not going to repair, wait for software updates
I downloaded latest update patches no luck!
I am saying this is probably beta phone, samsung not been tested well before release

Samsung S20 FE is having heating problem and Battery drains out very fast.
I purchased this phone on 9th Dec 20( @7 PM) . I went back to the showroom next day with the issue, they tried to do some software update, but issue still persist. Now I have given the phone in service center. They are formatting my phone and reinstalling the software and testing the hardware on the BRAND new Phone

the screen is problematic that is I have to touch more than twice to get response. such problem was not seen in my previous samsung S7edge. can that be corrected by updates. or I have to complain at local dealer. please answer. If problem not corrected I would like to go for some other mobile phone. Thanks

The battery is given by Samsung as li-po, but many programs show it is li-on. the front camera is the worst samsung camera ever. exynos processor heat and power consumption sucks. it cannot be a flagship.

Charging is hopeless. Mobile is facing charging problem from the day i purchased it. Fast charging doesn't work and it stops in between. Then it continues to be charged forever. I want to return this phone but no support from samsung

Rear and front cameras lack sharpness and the noise is annoying. I solved my battery issue by disabling face unlock and notifications. I used to get 2-3 days of battery on my last phone. I see camera and battery as big downgrades. I believe half the reviews for S20 series on youtube and on newspapers are either paid or were of non India, snapdragon 865 variant. Overall, quite disappointed with the phone.

Problem solved for S20 FE quick battery drain : Disable black theme of the phone and all apps i.e. keep your screen in white screen mode, and don't charge it with computer or laptop usb port, don't charge by wireless charging. (Its a little odd and unexpected solution but worked for me)

Battery lasts half a day, charging it 2-3 times per day.
This is super annoying. Overnight drains battery 15-20%.
If this continues after the next update, I will sell the phone.
