I do recommend this phone also it's first time for me to use fast wireless charging, dip my phone into water, enjoy stereo speakers.
What i can't rate is gaming performance because im very light gamer.

I Have the 5G voison (but LTE max anyways for my carrier) and it runs hot with wifi when playing asphalt 9 but would expect that. But didn't think I had the screen issue but after downloading the touch screen test app and swiping my fingers up and down both sides you see the crisscross issue. 60d left to keep or turf and waiting to see. If 8T goes a bit cheaper in CA (Canada) I may get that - because I am a masochist (their bugs with the OS).
(Funny - the Moto Edge+ is a 1/3rd off at Costco and I was about to pull the switch but then I read there are major screen problems; not walking into that minefield; what I found compelling - it comes with a very steep curved screen but ships with a case that protects the sides all around - to help with the seeing and swiping you can toggle a feature to create a faux bezel - if that is what I think it means it is the best of all worlds - curved for those that want it and "faux flat" for those that don't. Not seeing any 3rd party cases like that though - they all provide no edge protection on the sides; I had the S20+ and returned it because I couldn't get a proper case)

Soo many issues on display, Heat issues, battery problems why can't Samsung come out & accept there's a problem with this model & discontinue, & give some benefits for existing customer who has already purchased for exchange or upgrade to some other flagship
Samsung should also consider even customer's money is also valid...

Is the Exynos ... moreNah the exynos 990 isnt bad although its slightly worse than its snapdragon counterpart (snapdragon 865) in terms of battery, temps, and overall performance. The s20 fe has a snapdragon variant but i heard its only sold in the us/china. Anyway, the exynos 990 is great for all games plus it has a 120hz display so you will have a good social media scrolling experience (oh yeah and some games are compatible with high refresh rate so it would be nice if you try them out).

Very disappointed...i can play better on my old huawei mate 20 than this garbage...heats up pretty fast and inferior battery life...i hate the fact that samsung doesn't offer the SD variant here in our country...now im stuck with this phone for 2 years...really regretted switching back to samsung...

Scamsung started pumping plastic on every single phone that's not a flagship.
Normally i don't mind it on a cheaper phone like the A series, but when i'm paying $700 for a phone like this i expect a premium phone and that means NO plastic.
And also it would be nice if they stopped with the 1080p displays.
A Samsung Note 4 from 2014 has a 1440p display and now when i'm paying twice the price i get twice the weaker display, nonsense.
Tho Scamsung did give the Note 20, 60 hz, 1080p and plastic so i guess next year maybe we should expect 720p on their flagships

I've using this phone for a week now.
At first I faced some battery drain and overheating
Phone temperature reaches 41C
But it's improving everyday and today I was really impressed by battery after light using just social media and watched couple of episodes other times phone was off. Battery dropped from 100 to 50 after 8 hours with always display on and 120hz on with adaptive power saving on but it was on medium power save anyway I think this is very good

Well, it's been 2 weeks with this baby and here's a second and more clear review of it.... I've noticed on the graphics of Battery use that goes a little bit down when not in use for hours. (When I sleep) I close all apps I have Battery saving on. Also running on 60 hz not 120 hz. In matters of overheating I've been on Zoom meetings for long hours also long hours on YouTube and does not overheat (at least mine) so mine doesn't have overheating issues just that battery drains a little bit faster than my Samsung A70. But for the rest It's great for pictures, calls are crisp clear, reception is awesome, so my only CON is.. battery drains a little bit quicker. Hope this helps you.

Fufu, 19 Nov 2020so the snapdragon cpu version is better?A lot better when it comes to being optimized. You can view a few speed and battery drain tests....same phone, same price...... but big difference. Samsung plan to make Exynos better from next year and there are some leaks of the S21 and Exynos 2100 performance. However, at the moment the Exynos version is not worth it for me.
