      Nick, 27 Sep 2020Exynos 990 is way better than Kirin 990Exynos 990 DOES NOT have a internal modem, so it must use a external modem, even if it´s 4g only... And a external modem eats battery like hell... just check the battery rank in gsmarena for any phone using exynos 990, even if it´s 4g only.

        As the exynos 990 doesn´t have internal modem it will probably use the same external exynos modem 5123, even for LTE-only(4g) version, as does the standard S20... So, as everyone already knows, it will eat the battery like crazy....

              No slow-mo or even 60fps is embarrassing, I think the iPhone SE with a single camera is better as it has slow-mo builtin. I think, it also depends on what is important to you. More cameras with crappy quality or one camera with great quality photos and videos.

Do remember; the Exynos 990 is still, at the end of the day, a true flagship processor, better than the Kirin 990 chip offered by the best Huawei offers. Nobody complains about Huawei's chips, why should we bash Exynos so much? It's not even like the Exynos and Snapdragon are the same price anymore; it's a full $100 USD difference! (Or around RM 400 I think, if I convert to SGD first)

                  I think the Exynos shouldn't be condemned anymore, since it is now cheaper and not a scam

                      This 4G version in Indonesia costs 10M IDR (~580 euros) and who pre-ordered it will get freebies like Galaxy Fit 2, Wireless charger, and Smart Cover that worth 1.9M IDR (~110 euros). Quite tempting.

                          I will rather go with Huawei p40 pro than this Samsung expensive pHone

                            5G network may still not be a thing here in Malaysia, but there is no effing way I'm going to have this 4G variant because of that Exynos 990 chipset.

                                  Basically an s9 plus which has an ultra wide camera. Just get that instead which is £200 used.
