There's a lot of complaints and Samsung only releases updates and people say the software won't fix a bug of what they say might be hardware. Google it.

Not solved the ghost touch screen issue. Samsung can use updates rear other but a hardware failure as mant costumers say, it´s not solved with software.

I got my S20 FE 5g about a week ago. Yesterday i noticed that while the always-on display is on or that the charging information is showing the background is grey and not completely black like in my old A7.
Is this a software issue or should i get the phone it replaced?

The problem with Samsung phones is its Exynos chipset that heats up easily and the high cost. Although this one has a Snapdrag w/ it, most of the OS updates messes up the phone and I guess this happens not only to Android but to iOS too. So before you update your OS, make sure to read the reviews first. China phones are cheaper and the performance is almost the same, the only issue is a trojan thats built in the system but if you have nothing to hide then go with china phones.

Nnabazz, 31 Oct 2020Please I need a very honest opinion. This or Nokia 8.3There is no reason to get the nokia 8.3 bro, this one comes with the 7nm+ sd865 , 120hz super amoled and ip68 meanwhile , the 8.3 comes with old 7nm sd765 and ips display and no ip rating

Star-Lord.be, 31 Oct 2020I can't understand the problem with only 3 fingerprint... moreWait till either you do manual labor or are much older and your fingers are dry and the fingerprint reader isn't always capturing your print properly. I programmed 2 right thumbs and I give SS credit that they have a way to just press and advise which of the programmed fingers were found. As I move my right thumb it is not consistently saying "right thumb 1" but rather going RT1, RT1, RT2, RT1, RT2. That implies that even though I recorded it twice, it did find enough of a difference that adding the second iteration of the right thumb helped. Alas I cannot do that with the left - since there are only three FPs in total. (El Cheapo SS).

Of course you are right in so far as "if you want to pay more get something else". I will be trying an iPhone (to move away from Fingerprints and less PIN entry) and if I choose that the differences with Android are too much (namely the ability to respond to messages on my Win desktop which cannot be done with iPhones) or the FaceID isn't all that and two
bags of chips, I may opt for a OnePlus 8T.

(I have used Google Pay prior and wanted to see how Samsung Pay was - yet another way they cannot leave well enough alone - they have to inundate you with ads at the top of the app).

My general point was - there were already a number of differences with the units that the fingerprints could have been left at the standard 5. More about alienating purchasers than anything else. (And no they are not alone - OnePlus decides to go cheap with excluding wireless charging in the 8T; Apple - better CPU A14 [better battery?] and decides to decrease the size of the battery - and many are seeing that impact - that the 11 series are staying on longer).

                                        cheers!
