A very good phone, but Samsung could do it better.
In main the issues are on the soft side.
The wallpaper is not scrolling (why is disabled?)
The radio is disabled and has no support (why to disable it, while it physically on the motherboard)
Some basic configuration missing: the clock is not haven seconds, and stupidities like this.
You can install a third party application, but why?
The same stupid approach as other big brands: no 3.5 mm jack for headphones (Why? Lg is having it and is still IP 68)
Over all I'm very pleased with the phone, the best sound quality, the best camera quality, the speed, the phone response, but we have a lack of customization (the china phones have them), and some basic things missing (very simple to let them there, just not disable them) Why?
Still, I highly recommend this phone, the best on the market right now.

You can find easily a silicon cover and a quality glass foil protection for the screen.

I hate this phone, and am actually upset that tech-files have overhyped it so much. The keyboard is clunky, and user preference settings are difficult to navigate and reset themselves. For example, I have set Bixby to darken the screen at night. Without fail, every night around 1AM my screen gets very bright because "always on display" turns on. I have tried to correct this setting but like I said, the preference settings are really hard to navigate and manage. The camera also, really sucks. The phone has 4 lenses and a great selfish cam, but the cameras interface is hard to navigate and difficult to use. This phone CAN take really good pictures, if you can get the camera settings quickly figured out every time. But for me, by the time I figured out what setting the thing had to be on for a good shot, the subject of my photo was gone. Ex: yawning cat. Phone cameras aren't meant to sit and fiddle with for 20 minutes to do landscape photography-- without a usable interface, this camera's power is useless to the average user.

Not to mention, the screen regularly freezes, and many times apps won't open. In fact, the phone has gone through several prolonged periods for me where the camera app itself refuses to open; all that displays when you tap the app is a black screen, during one of those glitch times. I appreciate the effort, but samsung did not succeed at making a fan phone. This is a phone for techphiles who can navigate tricky settings and applications-- DO NOT purchase for an average consumer, you will be very frustrated and throw the phone across the room frequently.

When I use Snapchat at night I use my S20 FE 5G with the lowest screen brightness. When I want to take a selfie I turn on the camera flash on Snapchat but when I do take a picture its just a black screen. I turn up my screen brightness and take a selfie again and the picture is OK. Is there any way that I have my screen brightness set on low and still take good selfies?

Anyone got December batch build to make sure screen issues are gone? I am not entirely sure if it was faulty hardware or horrible software support. Thanks

I bought the Galaxy S20 FE 5G in Toronto. There is no Fm radio. This tantamounts to commercial cheating by a big company like SAMSUNG.

My phone is 5g which is snap dragon

                    The camera has serious issues

when recording 4k 30 frame the video is shaking like crazy, and it become funny when you know that you can fix this issue by turning off the stabilization

also the colors become extremely over saturated using x3.0 or x0.5 zoom and when you return to x1.0 the colors become normal

I really doubt if this phone really has FM Radio support. I had a look inside an authorized Samsung retail center and I didn't see any built-in Radio app at all. I peeked at every folder and even went to Settings, but didn't come across anything related to FM Radio.

I don't know why the phone doesn't support 1080p at 120hz. Even 720p at 120 or 240 is not there.

Disgusting how Samsung is passing it off as a software issue when it's actually a hardware issue.
