After a few updates the note 9 felt slower and battery life was subpar. Hope it goes better now with the snapdragon version in the future. Exynos is a rip-off. They claim the 1000 series will blow snapdragon away but there reputation is all ready made I fear.

The Sensor information is a bit misleading. The Proximity sensor is now virtual. And it really doesn't work well at all. People using the phone for longer calls while moving around are experiencing hang ups, random dials... because the virtual sensor is not deactivating the screen. Hopefully Samsung can fix via a software update. See the issue on youtube https://youtu.be/7Ei1uWcEVq0

I was using Galaxy Note 9 with Exynos 9810 before this. It's battery lasted 1.5 days easy, without of too much battery saving effort. This one barely manages 12 hrs without much use. So what is wrong with this particular Exynos?

Why do gsmarena's battery tests show 118 hr rating for S20FE?

i wish this phone had a 3.5 jack...
also i hate that exynos exists and it's the same price as snapdragon but offers less performance and worse battery optimization.

hemidsign, 25 Oct 2020The world's best phone for the price.. PERIOD! The worst mobile with screen and battery issues in the world! Google for it.

Hi, purchased S20 FE last week in India. The exynos version has massive battery issues. Standby drain is surprisingly high. I have been using Androids for over 8 years, so used all tips to save battery (power saving, lower screen refresh rate, low brightness, location and bluetooth off, scanning off etc) but does not seem to make much difference, as compared to my previous phone- Galaxy Note 9. Anyone else facing this issue?

How would this phone be coming from a Galaxy S9? Are the haptics or anything an improvement or should I just bite the bullet on an S20+?

In my country, Oneplus 8T price is 200$ more than S20FE so it's no brainer.
