When One UI 4.1 was released, you told everyone not to update their device just because of only one reason - the tap sound in the Samsung Calculator app. Why are you using Android 12 One UI 4.1 now? Now you are telling everyone not to upgrade their device to Android 13. The same will be the case when Android 14 will be released.

So finally received 5.1 midnight yesterday and been on it for just over half a day, bar the battery widget and the clipper tool in photos not much has changed.. battery life thus far seems the same, maybe a tiny bit worse but not enough to call it. Seems stable/ phone maynbe seems a bit more fluid navigating the ui so Def wouldn't call it a solid update but hasn't make the phone worse anyways.. so wouldn't not recommend, at least here in Australia.. maybe being one of the later countries to receive updates is a good thing as chinks may be ironed out prior to.

Samsung is absolutely not consistent with their quality of updates, though samsung is providing regular security updates, but it's absolutely inconsistent with the quality,, previous security patch the phone was heating up and battery drain, now they fixed it, but on the forum there are numerous complaints about Bluetooth,wifi and other hardware issues, I already updates I haven't faced any issue particularly this update using past 2 days, phone works fine, I don't know what other additional features were added as this update was over 900MB, One thing I noticed is battery is not draining as much compared to previous security patch update

I'm a heavy user and I've had this phone for 2 years now. Spent extra 50€ on a 512gb memory card and 13€ on a 25w charger.
Performance is still plenty for everything including some graphic demanding games. Display is faultless though I still miss the slightly curved one from S8+ days. Battery is excellent. Camera versatility is top notch yet I use Pixel camera for my running kids or portraits. Video recording is fantastic. Regular software updates.
NOW, as technology progressed I am looking for a new phone which is around 500€ price point with 3 even better cameras, flagship grade chipset and display, faster charging speed and issue free hardware and software.
It seems like a very, very hard task as everything skyrocketed in price or downgrade in specs that matter.
The closest thing having this is Sony I 4th gen but it's pricy.

Mine works quite randomly, sometimes another previously paired device nearby seems to help wake phone's BT up or it works after a while but not right when I turn it on.
