Low yield means that some chipsets of the same brand (model) can have different qualities, low yield chipsets have lower Quality than the standard chipset with normal yield, this can affect in the performance, heat management and user experience.

I'm a little disappointed. I give this a 5/10. Even though it's supposed to have 5G, I very rarely have it. I always have LTE. Everywhere I go. Everything else is amazing, but the data is just really bad... I sometimes even have no service.

Those scores are more correct, and always should score it, try with Geekbench 6, again, the S21 Qualcomm couldn't manage to beat the S21 Exynos.

The average scores first in geekbench are outdated, second there's Geekbench 6 now, coming straight to the point is that your scores seems to be lower than average S21+, specially your single core score, it should be arounf 3400/3500 points, not 2813.
But there's a chance that you get a low yield Exynos chipset.

Your unit seems not to be ok, Exynos 2100 doesn't suffer of overheating.

When the official support ends, the Qualcomm variants can't be unlocked to allow to install a custom recovery, that allows to install a custom ROM of One UI is there are available, the Exynos on the S21 and S22 are better than their Qualcomm counterparts, even the latest Exynos 2200 is able to beat the Qualcomm 8 gen 2 in RTX performance, so they aren't behind Qualcomm, if they couldn't put Exynos chipsets on the S23 was because they decided to renew their process node and make refinements.

What are your geekbench scores and antutu scores?
Samsung didn't s dirty, they sell different chipsets in different markets because terms of cost and terms of patents, they actually know that Exynos isn't subpar, is excellent as well.

Try installing the latest OS software version or restoring it.
Exynos is proven to be the best version, and changing to Qualcomm you couldn't get the latest software updates, and install a custom ROM.

I have nothing on it that slows it down. But the snapdragon is just better in handling everything. Maybe it is heat or i dont now. We just see when we compare the 2, the snapdragon is more responsive, more snappy. Hard to explain. I am still happy with my s21plus but the next one will have a snapdragon.
