I upgraded to this device from an S9 and I immediately noticed the drop in screen resolution. It's interesting as to why they didn't allow a QHD resolution on all the S21 phones, given the sacrifices they have made on these models. Everything else on the phone seems ok.

Just recently, I soaked my s21+ in water because it has ip68, but then I found moisture inside the camera. I thought it would disappear by itself in a few days, but the moisture is still there. I started to send it for repair, I just wanted to say that it has ip68, why is it still flooded? This makes me very dissatisfied, I don't think I will buy any Samsung phones in the future.

Screen brocken after only 18 day. Phone is in a protection case. Phone didn't drop down on floor or put in my back pocket. Bell and Samsung consider is a physical damage, not a built defect. I dont recommand this product.

ML, 10 Jun 2021I just got the June software update and the camera still st... moreThat's very strange. I didn't experienced any heat issues. My friend with regular s21 neither even he is using almost 500apps lol. His ram is always full but still no heat.

I have been using Samsung for more than 10 years now. Used Note series plus galaxy series. Recently, I bought s21 plus by pre ordering and got it from samsung official site.
It was perfectly working but last week my screen went black but it was working but not displaying anything. I went to samung service centre to register my complaint. I wasnt satisfied with the people who were registering my complaint. They asked you will have to pay Rs.14k approximate for the repair. They had no communication skills neither they were cooperative. Why should I pay Rs.14k for this. I JUST USED IT FOR 3 MONTHS. I will not buy or recommend someone else to buy Samsung shit again.
