Because with april p... moreWell I can easily get around 8-9h sot on the February patch (after updating from January), but it seems like each update Samsung pushes (March and April) makes the phone's battery drain more and with more overheating. Waiting for May update to see anything gets fixed.

Even GSMA agrees on "performance and battery life and camera quality delta between the two chipsets" (after trying so hard to state the opposite in multiple articles). And Samsung indirectly confirms it by ditching S20 FE Exynos version.

Swordman, 09 Apr 2021Unless you're living in exynos region. I've used both s20 and now s21. S21 exynos 2100 is way better. It only become a little warm on first boot while I was downloading a lot of stuff and lots of processes were working in the background but still phone didn't slow down. Exynos 2100 is such a beast I love this phone and processor.

I think they rushed that exynos 990 and they are having some issues. For example most people have heat problems on light use, standby drain for some apps are way worse.

Been using S21+ 256GB (Int variant) for a few months now. Made a change from S8 from 2017.
- Resolution may be lower, but that's where I keep my S8 res on.
- 120 Hz is good to look at but otherwise not on all apps (For those who suggest S20+ is better, you still have to use FHD+ for 120Hz)
- I have no issues with Battery, it will adjust depending on your usage patterns.
- Depending on your region, I got the wireless charger trio bundled in with a charging adapter (25W).
- The flat screen is much better than the curved displays for me, and easier to apply screen protector! :)
- One UI 3.1 is amazing
The catch?
- No headphone jack
Should you buy?
If you're looking for better value then probably not but if you are a fan, then yes, you should. Again, S21+ dont go for less or more (S21 Ultra).
