No need to go backwards and put a headphone jack back on a line phones. Not when it has already been removed. Of course they could do it. But I don't see why. Not when most people would not even use it.

I'm saying headphone jacks are meant for audiophiles, because (I think) the average consumer can use wireless earbuds without thinking the quality of it is trash.

Idk, Samsung actually had the headphone jack on their phones for a lot of years, but in the end they axed it for the same reason as all others... MONEY. Revenue from wireless earbuds.

May I ask how that relates the idea of Samsung removing the headphone jack from their phones entirely? How does the option being there harm you in any way? Just because you personally don't use wired headphones anymore means nobody should have the option anymore? That's a pretty selfish way to look at the world.
Also, no, you are not about to legitimately argue that a 3.5mm headphone jack is only useful for "audiophiles." You can only use that argument if you're willing and ready to claim that every single device ever manufactured with a headphone jack was designed for audiophiles.

It's cause they are so used to looking at 1440p! Their whole life they bought every flagship, S6,S7,S8,S9,S10 with their dishing dollar away every second. Now they think THIS is flagship display, just high res. They don't bother respecting Samsung's attempt to prioritise high refresh rate. Look at where being rich with guzpiles of money and spoiled brats can lead you!

A Lot of you are hating on a phone you don't have. To the people who don't have the phone then stop because specs aren't everything. To the people who own the s21 you too are fixated on the specs. If you don't like the performance then that's on you. But if you are complaining about the display. Then is 1080p not enough. It's hard to get thoughts about the kinds of pixel density on a phone. Also you don't need a Gaming monitor in your pocket. Then you can't even see the individual pixel with your naked eye.
To say it is a downgrade becuse of the screnn and ram is idiotic. Because you are ignoring the process of the different types of amoled. You are discrediting those improvements and not engaging them. It is a better phone than the S20 but you have to look past the minor differences to see the major differences.

The screen is good stop complainging about a FHD screen. You can't even see much of a diffence in quailty at the 6.2 inch display.

But I can tell you enough for you to know it was a PAIN to tangle and untangle them and have a space to store them. I am much better off just putting compact wireless buds case in my small pocket. The only valid point you have against wireless earbuds is battery life, and imo at least, a wirefree life beats out that disadvantage. There is a reason why headphone jacks are for "audiophiles" - very needy people who MUST have zero latency as they can tell the difference between zero and 5 latency (which really, normal people can't), who MUST have amazing sound quality. Trust me, I just switched from my wired sony earbuds to galaxy buds, and I can't tell any difference in sound quality, both are great. People who NEED unbreakable connection and seamless connection (which believe me great wireless earbuds offer), zero compression which I don't even know what that is, just to show you how specific that requirement is. Also if you have good earbuds, they won't fail on you, like it hasn't for me.

Any of you have issues with USB C sticks? OTG seems like a scam. Kingstone 128gb USB-C stick is not recognized and if I try to connect with external ssd drive via usb c it says: High-power USB device connected Cannot access
Wtf samsung?! Even my old huawei from 2016 works better.
