            I got an update of over 2 GB with September patch just now. Did they remove the expert raw feature for this phone?? I cannot find it anywhere in the store!!

                FYI: I bought my samsung s21 ultra 5g brand new from samsung shop. Way back it released..

                And all is working properly..

                I doubt people who having issues into their phone maybe you buy it from other people..

                  Ok, so this is my update. It's already September and I decided to update my phone from 6.0 to 6.1.
                  As expected, my touchscreen is not working anymore. I thought if I wait until September's security patch, they already fixed that problem. But I'm so so wrong. Hope I did not update my phone. Wrong move, really. Lol.
                  Good thing is I already backed up my files before I did the update. Sigh! No to samsung anymore! Bye!

                      mmyoda, 19 Sep 2024I was planning to buy S21 Ultra but after reading the comme... moreGreen line issue is a display issue which normally comes with a faulty update or phone screen been damaged, it's not brand based almost all the phone companies have witnessed it including Apple. I've used the S series right from the S6 edge+ till S23 Ultra & luckily haven't faced any green line issues on any of them. I still have the S21 Ultra & it works likes a charm by the way I'm very particular about my phones & it still looks as good as new, well kept, well protected.

                                I was planning to buy S21 Ultra but after reading the comments, I'm quite skeptical about it. The green line problem is not something I would be comfortable with :/

                                      Just a theory..

                                      By updating your samsung s21 ultra to the latest version, this is having to do with the phone being opened by repair shops.

                                      Like for example, changing LCD (neither the broken glass or replace new set of Oled lcd with a frame on it using a class A material) which is not compatible with the original model..
                                      Which leds to touch unresponsive. Green line. and etc..

                                      Changing the frame and people says the connection is lost.. Which is the antenna of the original was not inserted because the new class A materials was inserted instead..

                                      AND SO on..

                                      People who buy refurbished and used, second hands phone maybe suffering this kind of dilemma..
