iPhones had bad LCD displays for a long time while Samsung put beautiful OLED panels. So funny now iPhone 13 has better displays than S22.
For example, 13 Por Max has 458ppi, while S22+ has 398ppi. I can't use display as a argument against iPhones anymore.

Zeus91, 02 Apr 2022Hi guys, I'm looking forward to either buying the s22 ... moreNothing like lag or slowing down is going to happen. I use S10+ and I've used it for 2yrs and 4 months. I have done 2 Android OS updates and till today, phone still works like the I got it. Everything is smooth and works like magic. The only issue I'm facing is battery is a bit degraded.

Zeus91, 02 Apr 2022Hi guys, I'm looking forward to either buying the s22 ... moreU can go for this brand u will not face any issue in the long run too....i mean flagship phones only.....don't know about the mid-rangers.....I have been using Samsung Note 10 for more than 2.5 years still running smooth even after getting 3 OS updates....it came with android 9 and now running on 12....Samsung nowadays are doing good with updates...haven't got any bug or lags after these updates and haven't done factory reset after these updates....it is just going normal....Hope this helps....

Hi guys, I'm looking forward to either buying the s22 plus or the S21 plus. I've never owned a Samsung phone. I was previously a OnePlus user but all the crazy features on Samsung like dex and the other cool features are making me want to go for this phone. Should I be worried about any lag related issues. I was completely set on this phone but have heard that it lags and strutters. Something the updates might fix. But seriously in 2022 i want a smooth experience. Your opinions would be appreciated. Thanks

Mina, 25 Mar 2022Got my S22+ some days ago and I already miss my S9+. Apart ... moreA question. Do you think because you've had your S9 for so long, that you've just grown really comfortable with it? Like a pair of old slippers? Did you instantly love the S9? Or will you grow to prefer S22?

India, 28 Mar 2022Those who already bought this :: Provide PROS and CONS ... moreI have the S22+ Snapdragon 5G version (USA), and all I can say about it is from my point of view and usage, Battery life is great, since I'm not a gamer just regular user of social media, music, browsing around and a lot of You Tube watching, battery lasts me around a day and a half which is 40%, performance I can say is very fast and smooth, very responsive even fingerprint is very quick, I have NO heating issues even with hours of screen on watching videos on You Tube or watching concerts, cameras are pretty good, very sharp photos and clear, videos can even be recorded at HDR 10+ (if you activate it in the settings) to bring you sharp and very clear videos of objects or persons, 8k videos and photos are fabulous. I changed from a S20 FE exynos version which battery didn't last me a whole day, just 3 hours and even overnight battery % decreased dramatically, having this S22+ is a blessing. So, go ahead you won't be disappointed.

I would suggest not buying from Samsung direct but Amazon etc. As a) when Amazon says in stock, it actually is b) if it isn't you can see a real estimated delivery date c) you are only billed just before dispatch.

My feeling is Samsung is sending stock to retailers or carriers to fulfill contractual arrangements and their online store gets what's left. Thus crazy delays.🤷‍♂️

Only a 1080 display and the S20 SERIES HAD 1440 DISPLAY. AND ONLY 8GB RAM FOR THIS 999 DOLLAR PHONE AND THE S20 PLUS HAD MORE WHAT??

Got my S22+ some days ago and I already miss my S9+. Apart from the 120hz display there is not much difference and i found my S9+ to be better in many aspects.
The display is much better and much vivid on the S9+. The resolution and density is much higher. The curved screen is gone and is not curved on the back.
The camera is better also IMO. (Let alone the 50MP as im sure nobody will use it as a main camera)
                              S9+ - 4032x3024 @ 3.52 MB
                              S22+ - 3000x4000 @ 3.02MB
Same picture same conditions, side by side.

If it wasn't for the battery, i wouldn't have changed my S9+ and I'm so disappointed with Samsung.

The only think i like about the S22+ is the exterior. So beautiful and feels very nice holding it in hand.

To conclude, i think the S22+ is just a better looking S8/S9 with an added 50MP camera and some software updates like the 85% max battery.

I have used Samsung for all my life starting with S2/S5+/S9+ and now S22+. On all previous occasions it was a very noticeable upgrade in all areas of the phone. Now I feel like the only thing that upgraded is the number of the model but the specs are those of 4/5 years ago.

GroovyStarlight, 24 Mar 2022Overnight draining is less than 5% like 3% sometimes 4% not... moreIs this with AoD on or off at night? I have mine on a schedule to be off when usually asleep otherwise its about 1% an hour (s8).

Looking more like May for s22+ I want to actually be in stock. Ah well.

I'm "lucky" my battery is still just ok after 5 years.
(Recommend the charge up to 85%, don't let fall below ~40%, and few times a month charge to 100% to recalibrate battery 🙌.
It's leaving it on charge at 100% overnight that I think ruins the battery.)
