GroovyStarlight, 24 Mar 2022Overnight draining is less than 5% like 3% sometimes 4% not... moreIs this with AoD on or off at night? I have mine on a schedule to be off when usually asleep otherwise its about 1% an hour (s8).
Looking more like May for s22+ I want to actually be in stock. Ah well.
I'm "lucky" my battery is still just ok after 5 years.
(Recommend the charge up to 85%, don't let fall below ~40%, and few times a month charge to 100% to recalibrate battery 🙌.
It's leaving it on charge at 100% overnight that I think ruins the battery.)

Anonymous, 23 Mar 2022How many hours of screen do u have? My SOT (screen on time) goes around 17 hours to 19 hours. I don't do gaming, just You tube, social media, as I said my battery lasts a day and a half sometimes a little more hours depending on my usage. Overall beats endurance over my S20 FE Exynos version that only lasted 4 to 5 hours. S22+ is a beast. I highly recommended.

The phone is okayish. Just 4 hours of on screen time. Could have lived with it .. but the selfie camera in low light is horrible!!! My 4 years old one plus 6 takes clearer selfie pics in low light. The main camera might be too good , the selfie camera is an let down.

Just cancelled my order as it was another 3 weeks estimated delivery which could slip.
I'll reorder end April or into May when actually in stock. (I usually buy in May, should have waited!)

Well it's been a week now with the S22+, and is still surprising me, Battery life just great lasts me a day and a half depending on usage, I do not play games, I just do browsing, You Tube, and social media mostly, it's very fast and very responsive to commands and touch screen is perfect, and as I said, I'm glad I traded in my S20 FE Exynos 4G version because my exynos $G version battery didn't even last what S22+ Battery lasts for me. I'm very happy with S22+ I like flat screens by the way so that's why I didn't get the Ultra version. So, go ahead give it a try, it's worth it.

Well I would reccomend people DO NOT buy direct from Samsung until at least there is no backlog of orders.
They deduct the money immediately but the phone isn't shipping for another 4 weeks.
Unlike amazon etc who only deduct just before shipping.
"Apparently" this is because their online system cannot progress the order until payment has completed.
So it sits in their account earning money.
That's poor imho

i have a question is the lack of dolby vision on the screen a big problem(or is it just a gimmick on the spec list to ornate the display or does it perform atleast in the slightest way as the dolby screen seen on tv) also will it be able to play 4k uhd content with dolby atmos easily and without lag(fyi i aint a big techie so pls excuse me if i am asking something everyone should know)

Anonymous, 16 Mar 2022Could be when the phone optimises the apps in the backgroun... moreBattery improved after a week and still getting better due to optimisation and autonomy
You can also set adaptive 24~60hz using that galaxy hz app which save more battery as standard mode is 60hz fixed also use that app to lock any refresh rate
