Because most customers which has this experience, like you and me, had the 128gb version, same fail with both the Exynos and the snapdragon version. I can see it on XDA site.
I tried 2 times with the 128gb Exynos version, both failed as a cheap beta version mobile.
Now i order it overseas and this time the snapdragon 256gb, if this fail to, im done with Samsung in this decade.

I fed up with Samsung for disregarding European buyers by giving no option to select either Snapdragon chip or Exynos garbage. I bought the last Samsung phone five years ago in Europe without knowing that its equipped with Exynos junk and its performance 15-25% less than Snapdragon CPU for the same price in ROW area until I realized that the screen is freezing and not flowing smoothly. Why do Samsung force EU buyers only Exynos Cheesy CPU??? I was a loyal customer of Samsung since 2005 but not anymore coz I dont like junk!

This mobile is so frustrating. The battery life is simply awful. Dont buy this if you care about battery life,better go with iphone 13 pro max.

Without it, how do you view video clip inside public transportation without disturbing others ?

I got a warranty from samsung when I bought my mom's phone. It covers battery runout and screen break. But I wanted to have additional warranty since my mom drops her phone like crazy. But additional samsung warranty was so expensive that I eventually did not get it… and the private insurance was not worth it I heard... make it cheaper samsung!

Phone companies aren't 100% honest with battery precentage, sometimes they show there is more battery then there is, or less then there is, I know that my Mi 9T can drop from 5% to 1% quite quickly, but then it just hangs at 1% longer then it took it to get there from 5%
It could simply be that Samsung changed how they display it with an update, so 96% now shows as 98%

If you want more neutral, life like pictures, that you want to edit, then get the Xperia. Both are good phones in their own way.
Comes down to preference really..
