The cameras are actually different to the previous models. Look on this site and you will see.. I have galaxy bids pro so sound is excellent. I've trained my battery so it lasts about 8/9 hours now but compared to my 3 year old p30 pro which has dual SIM and a card and same storage 256gb.br ram on s22

Hi everyone, what is the highest image resolution this phone can take in 16:9 ratio, and your opinions on this phone vs Xperia 1 (IV). Image quality, ideally without post processing is my main concern. Thanks.

Now happy with Moto G60 :)

Good day people, question: is there any option in the settings to set some kind of a glowing ring effect around the selfie camera as if it were a notification light for messages? Will be very useful when I am using the AOD on the edge of the screen, cause that doesn't show notifications like the other AOD options.

I have no problems with mine what so ever, that you mentioned, even though it heats up hot, I get no throttling or frame drops.

The accurate battery life for this mobile "new" is 5hours of screen on time(no gaming,data,wifi,youtube,spotify,web browsing) with 24hrs screen off time, so like 30hours of runtime. Every setting is kept,except for AOD,wallpaper is not black and dual sims in dual 5G network. I can say its bad, my poco x3 pro easily obliterate this mobile in terms of battery life. The biggest problem with this device is the standby drain. Its too much. My s20FE can easily reach 6hrs of sot with 30hr of standby time sd865 total of 36hr runtime, with the same settings and usage when it was new. Overall for me it falls short on battery life,since those usage are indoors and not outdoors,meaning brightness at lowest as possible. Great device,but battery is not the best

I got the June security patch, I downloaded and installed it with 96% battery life, when it was rebooted after downloading and installing the patch, it had 98% battery life. Maybe the battery management is improved with this patch.

kingshark, 04 Jun 2022How about unboxed the phone,use 1 or 2 week than tell us wh... moreI unboxed it and used it,BTW i got the SD8G1. I dont see any noticeable improvement from my previous devices. I have used s20fe, s21fe,note9 and s20ultra. What annoys me are as follows
-45W fast charging,its slow(this is what i hate the most,it like an overclocked 25watt charging speeds)tiny improvement in terms of charging speed.
-cameras,nothing mindblowing same modules with s21 ultra,except for better optical zoom at 10x and a sharper space zoom capabilities due to improve stabilization.(this is actually a pro for the device)I hate it because i feel like there should be more improvement on the cameras for the price. Like an additional stabilizer(gimbal) should be added at least for the main sensor.
-performance(you will not notice any real difference from day to day use compared to sd888,you will only notice it on games. But is irrelevant due to the fact that performance increase is throttled due to insufficient cooling solution,so the improvement isnt sustained at all,but only burst performance which is just to show you amazing benchmark score, and market the improvement.
-s pen feels slow,and intermittent,(maybe because i didnt remove the plastic which is installed by default out of the box). The features from note 9 are the same,tiny improvement only,and btw the pen feels thin in the hand,i cant hold it properly,i feel like there is no grip.
-speakers, (for a 1000$ phone,i hate the speakers,it feels cheap)
-display, in fhd resolution i can easily spot the jagginess of the icons on the homescreen,maybe due to the size of icons being big,I am on 5x4 layout.
-no sd card slot(its important for the others,if you can live with it doesnt mean someone can)its a premium segment so every feature should be kept for everyone. Have you ever seen a sunroof on a basic option car?no right?just like on mobiles it was should be kept for those who need it.
-no extra tips for the s pen(Is this a move to save the earth also?totally not,so wake up from your bad dream,we are cheated by this company
-no charger(totally unacceptable,samsung should ask you if you need one,and give you free if you wanted to.
-no preinstalled screen protector
-no case out of the box(same with s21fe)
-the device is really difficult to hold with one hand.
-no free earphones(again some will bundle it with wireless buds,but the truth is you paid for it)this is the reason thats why they removed the headphone jack and headset in the box not to save the earth,but because of profit. that buds is also with packaging,and the worst part is it has battery and additional circuits inside which adds more to e waste.
-fingerprint,sometimes it misses to read my fingerprint properly.
-not ergonomic design,after sometime you will feel pain in the hands if you use it continuously.
-storage options, why 128GB variant still do exist,minimum storage space should be 256 for entry,512 for main stream and 1 TB for premium.
Whats nice
-wifi 6e(gigabit speeds over wifi)
-acceptable battery life(nothing mindblowing). Its still not enough for me.
-s pen on s series
-120hz @ QHD
-ltpo oled display
-doesnt heat up a lot to a point its uncomfortable to hold like the exynos variants especially the ones in s20 ultras
Overall,i feel robbed by samsung for the price and I indeed proved to my self that 1000$ is not a good idea.

I had a 128gb one about 70% full. But it's okay now to transfer my stuff from the computer, ever since I got a new laptop with USB-C 3.1, cuz my old laptop was a nightmare to copy stuff, and the USB ports hardly worked (it was 10 years old, carefully used, but worn out ports)

Samsung flagship phone will be wow for 1 year after that samsung starts cheating customer by giving monthly updates they will make thr phone slow , starts battery draining and if are not even giving up the phone they will make the amoled scteen burn issue.. so no way u can change the samsung display since it is 60% of the price of rhr phone...Samsung wants there product to be used only for 1 or maximum 2 year...

The Phone is totally awesome but the bas thing thet the Speaker and the S Pen are on left side it would be better if it was on the right side.
