Well almost a 2 year note Ultra phone has the same specs as these.. Not sure if it's worth the upgrade.

Only 12 Gb of RAM is a showstopper for me. I will definitely not buy this device and stick with my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra which has 16 Gb of RAM.

More like the successor of galaxy Note 20 ultra, rather of galaxy s21 ultra. Then why they call it s22 ultra? It is 100% a note.

S21 and A52 5G have same spec display of 1080p and 120 Hz and AMOLED, however it is obvious the S21 display quality is higher, the A52 5G will have some rainbow effect at near-horizontal angle whereas S21 won't. Do you really think you are getting same display on S-series and A-series, of course not! However, the A52 5G still has a great display overall, but I agree S-series should all have 1440p, maybe give the ultra 2160p and bump regular and plus to 1440p.

I don't care for flashy cameras and nonsense like that. All I care about is the power of the phone and what Nintendo switch games I can play on it free of charge.
