Even s23 fe Exynos 2200 has better chipset than s22 ultra Exynos 2200. Of course, s23 plus Snapdragon 8 gen 2 is also much better than s22 ultra Snapdragon 8 gen 1 variant. Definitely s23 plus.

                Anonymous, 27 Oct 2023Why s23 base is more popular than plus variant?Because it’s in the middle, you can get the base S23 that has all the features but with smaller size (can be either advantage or disadvantage) and smaller battery, or you can get the S23 Ultra if you spend more but you get more features like S-pen, 2k screen, 10x telephoto, etc.

Even at 45W they take about the same time to charge. 4.... more45w is an upgrade so that would be better, we are not debating in how much power it is using and bigger display makes a better viewing experience in videos, movies and gaming so that's an upgrade also.

What I understood from your message is that S23 Plus is having a better battery back up ( I am not talking about battery capacity which is very obvious by looking at the difference of 4700 mAh over 3900 mAh) in spite of have having larger size but lesser ppi. One thing I would like to know is whether it satisfies my requirement of more than 24 hours of running time (not SOT) between the recharges with moderate usage ( i.e. no games, almost nil camera usage etc). If yes, then it is good to go.

Thats why the a series sells the most with samsung even when compared to the s-series and z-series. Also the plus is the "middle child" and consumers typically prefer phones on either extreme ends (smallest and cheapest (s23) vs biggest and most expensive (s23 ultra))
