Less ram than the s20. No expandable memory. How exactly is this a better phone than what was out there 3+ years ago?

They kept the bottom speaker in the same spot, where you could easily block it by your finger when playing games in landscape. FAIL.

CPU memory has not changed yet added a big camera? Maybe they had plenty extra? I write Global Scale Android apps that uses environmental data to provide insights and CPU and Memory advancements always appreciated.

aaronwt, 02 Feb 2023????That is one of the best things about the Galaxy S phone... moreHaving used phones with all types of fingerprint sensors, I prefer side-mounted ones the most. Most natural motion whether left or right handed.

Hanoo, 02 Feb 2023Underdisplay finger print reader is a deal breaker for me ????That is one of the best things about the Galaxy S phones. I could never go back to a side mounted or back fingerprint reader. Their under screen fingerprint reader is extremely accurate and extremely fast. Always reading my fingerprint or thumbprint in a fraction of a split second. And more than 99% of the time with one try. The rare time it doesn't read it is my fault. Only because I didn't place my finger or thumb in the right spot.

Jimbob, 02 Feb 20234500mAh & 6" samsung... we could have had a winnerThat's way too optimistic! 4300 is still ok to dream of, as Asus has made it happen. But it's not really practical for Samsung to follow the same. It would make the device thick and heavy.

Samsung are becoming a joke.
200mah are nothing for Samsung phones, hopefully the SD would save it, but I wouldn't hold my breath - most people with SD versions of S22 phones also had multitude of issues like me.
Had Samsung s4 years ago, decided to get S22 5G(exynos as it was only one available in my country with warranty). After 6 months of issues, pains and having to use the phone as a DESK PC I don't think I will ever buy Samsung again.
It was the entry level version, but it had issues with the GPS, fingerprint, battery(have to charge it at least twice a day without use), heating up, camera, GPU, etc., but if it worked ok I would have bought Ultra and give that one to my mother. No luck. Her Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite which is almost 5 years old and she uses it to play Pokemon Go lasts longer than Samsung S22 5G SoT(this is comparing playing on her phone with browsing/watching Youtube on the S22).
Actually my Legion 5 Pro laptop lasts longer than my phone...
I'm giving up, I have ordered Iphone 14(base version) and in the process of RMA for the S22.
