Will stick to my S23 Ultra 1TB for 5 years or so as it's got everything I need.
Loving the battery performance on the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 over the crappy Exynos on my Note 10+.

galaxy user, 07 Feb 2023why they removed the headphone jack? not a good ideaIt's neither good nor bad, but that can easily be dealt with.

SR, 09 Feb 2023Sony already have 3.5mm Audio jack & sdcard slotAnd costs $2000. Just for those features, you're willing to pay the price?

126hrs? Damn. Couldn't believe that even the battery is good despite the heavy features.

I own note 20 ultra 512gb this past few months and I was thinking of buying s23 ultra. But il stick with note 20 ultra for now. I'm not one to buy phones mainly for camera. It's the performance I go for and display.

When I pay for it, it should be my phone. So android over IOS anytime. If IOS was opensource like android, I would choose iPhone too (If there was no stupid huge dynamic island too :D eating up the screen). But until then Android is the way to go for me.
And S23 ultra does hell of a job now! It is crazy fast and the camera is amazing.
My only problem so far as I said is battery.

Might just carry my iPad around 😂😂. One ui is ok but a ways to go yet.

raycon , 10 Feb 202360gb of bloatware: https://youtube.com/shorts/pFrrRSrwcN... moreIt’s obviously not 60GB of just bloatware. That space includes the OS (including all systems support apps and modules), regular apps such as phone, camera, browsers, file manager, etc., and data for those apps.

My guess would be maybe 5GB of actual bloatware.

I need to buy a version with 2 nano SIMs + eSIM. Australian versions are 1 nano SIM + eSIM. I also need to know which frequency bands each model handles. How to find global model numbers, which countries sell them, and if they have dual physical SIM?

I have this phone for a few days now and I should say, the battery is not what I expected. Not a gamer and also have removed or disabled many bloatwares, but man, the battery percentage is like a countdown! Not hitting 6 hour screen time at all except on day 1. On day 1, the battery was amazing.
I use the phone on CPU light mode and screen resolution is also not maxed!
Aside from battery the phone is a rocket. Super fast and smooth.
Maybe the phone is still adapting.

What I truly like about it is the almost flat display and boxy look, although it looks similar to the note 20 ultra and s22 ultra (owned both) this feels like a different phone, but it's still samsung with their stupid OneUI and their way of dealing with power consumption within apps.
So if you live in Europe, go for it, it might be the first and the last flaghip with a Snapdragon chip (besides foldables) because I understand that next year will be back to exynos 🤣
