There is nothing wrong, phone does not heat up. Never had any issues with it or performance since 2023 february 2nd. Best device I've ever owned. Only downside samsung oversharpening on stock camera app but we have gcam so it's not an issue. If you know how to find gsmarena forum to spread n*n s*nse, I'm sure you can try to find a solution to your "problems" because 99% of problems comes from b*d users.

No it's not common. It's common for people to cr* what they don't understand. I'm glad you'll be on another brand, then you'll realize that the brand wasn't the problem

After 2 years of having this phone I'm about to buy a new one and it's not going to be samsung. I don't understand how are you all happy with this phone? Maybe you've never used another brand so you can't compare? This was my first samsung in 15 years and the last forever :D Sooo many random glitches and flaws I couldn't believe it's a smartphone from 2023 and not 2008. Most annoying thing I'd say is random overheating that only a shutdown could temporarily fix. I have used up half broken 8 year old LG phone with 3amp battery and it still holds better while watching videos online than s23u. Samsung just heats up and eats entire battery in like 2 hours, then it takes like 10 hours to charge the thing unless it's powered off. This is a very very common problem with this phone that people wrote about from the month it was released. No update ever fixed that. I sometimes worry it might actually blow up in my face from the heat. Samsung never again.

Try going to "More" in the camera app and then to "Pro" there you can control the focus manually.
Just to test if it has any kind of problem tho, the camera usually focuses without user imput, and it's very annoying to get the right focus manually, that is if you're not some kind of photophile and want a more specific focus than what the phone automatically choses.

are you guys having problems with the camera resolution? because sometimes when i take normal shots (by normal, I mean open camera settings shoot photos in 12 MP, x1) and sometime it being blurry? Sometime i wipe my lens with a microfiber cloth and it still has the same blurriness

After the February patch, the screen on my s23 ultra behaves strangely, sometimes I feel like it's at 60hz, and I have it set to 120! and it seems like it's hard to load apps, and before the patch that arrived on the 20th everything was super fluid! Does this happen to anyone else?

Only difference was the box and thats it. Every was clean and no damages present. New battery and everything! With a 1 year warrenty like a new phone.

Cosmetic condition was very good so I ended up keeping it, especially because it's a rare red one.

Do you think it's possible to find brand new S23 Ultra phones out there? There are some sellers on ebay and some others on Amazon that are selling (supposedly) new phones and I would like to get one. But I have some doubts it those phones can be actually "new" considering the S23 is now discontinued since at least a year.

Especially Exynos has that on the go problem where it drains quiet massively without doing anything BUT change the celltowers, that all gone since the S23 Series, apart from the FE model that was objectively crap ^.^

I just bought it to wait for the pixel 10xl at the end of this year!! Now I understand why Samsung stopped its innovation haha!! This phone is super mega good... imagine that a s20 ultra or s21u ultra still works but imagine this one... Except the s22u that almost no one likes but if you want a super phone that won't cost more than 600 dollars almost new, go ahead and buy this one hahaha and I got the 512 and 12 Ram memory version for less than 500
