This is because you have Intelligent Wi-Fi switched on, which means your phone can switch between Wi-Fi and Data if needed. I always keep this off, as I have a good Wi-Fi signal at home.

Both S24 Ultra and S23 Ultra have dropped significantly more in price than the S22 series that kept its value for much longer and had lesser price drops. So if you can buy one of these now it’s a good deal, and prices of S24 series will drop even more. Never buy them at launch price.

I have a Galaxy S23 Ultra 1tb , but when I leave my phone connected to Wi-Fi and the network at night without using the internet, I find that it consumes between 10% and 14% of the battery. However, when I enable airplane mode but keep Wi-Fi on, it only consumes 4% or 5% of the battery. Is this normal? It seems to drain the battery quickly in standby mode.

Make sure Scan documents and text option under camera settings is enabled. Then point your camera to the page, it will immediately prompt you to extract text from image (it's an additional click but for a lot of people is very convenient). Once you click on T at the right bottom, it will ask you to scan and will auto crop the page, just hit save.

1.first i have to hold s23u pointing exacly on the page i want to scan for about 3-5 sec in order so it is recognized as scannable page.
2. then it takes the picture of the page automatically, and i press "scan" that appears in the bottom of the screen.
3. then new screen appears where i can crop the image
4. then i can press "save" or "discard" the cropped image
5. after pressing save, it saves the picture to the gallery, (it takes around 3 seconds)
How it works on xiaomi document mode:
1. the page that i'm about to scan is highlighted in yellow border.
2. I press ONE BUTTON and its automatically cropped and saved to the gallery.
On samsung to scan one page it takes me about 10 clicks and 15 seconds.
On xiaomi it takes around 2 seconds and 1 click.
Above that, xiaomi can also scan monitor screens or image from the projector, and samsung mostly can scan paper documents

"There is a document scanner in almost every single phone nowadays. Make sure you enabled "scan documents ant text" in camera settings (on one ui 6.1 you can toggle "auto scan" as well) "

Anonymous, 02 May 2024There is a document scanner in almost every single phone no... morei tried around 6 of those scanners, but they are very inaccurate, often make mistakes, display tons of ads, the capture is slow and can't compare to official xiaomi document mode. Maybe if you take one photo of a document every week the cheapo scanner is fine, but if i take sometimes 30+ photos in a row its a big difference.

- wipe cache partition
- safe mode
- factory reset
- tried flashing via odin
but still issue still persists
This happened after the one ui 6.1 update.
Do you think this is a hardware issue?

Please Samsung just put the ld notification flash light back to us u can put it on top edges of the screen or at back of the phone just bring it back that is the first thing that makes me buy Samsung phones
